I had a severe headache and called to get a massage. I was able to get in the next day and I was seen by a new RMT, Agnetha. She was splendid. Well informed and her touch was gentle, firm, and knowing. I have been having massages for over a decade and my experience with Agnetha was one of the best. Highly recommend Bliss and their new RMT!

Both times the actual massage was fantastic - Roxanne did an amazing job working out the kinks and knots. And their attention to detail regarding Covid-19 was incredible. Once again I am extremely pleased with Bliss personal. I had symptom of a pinched nerve in my back which caused involuntary hand and finger movement. At times it was difficult to hold my morning coffee. Roxanne and Patti rearranged the schedules to find time to help me with my issue without effecting other patience appointments. I am feeling that Nutritionist Charlotte has replaced my husband with a newer and healthier version. One who says (and I'm still in shock): "we need to pick up some kale and goji berries", "can you show me how to cook quinoa for breakfast?" "before juicing, we should soak our foods in lemon water" "before juicing..." "let's record recipes for our favourite juices we blend" "must have protein at every meal" "I really like brown rice" I've been working on this man for 2 decades encouraging him to make healthier food choices and to get both of us on the same page. Charlotte has accomplished this in a matter of a few short counselling sessions. Kudos Charlotte!!!

Really clean, professional and overall amazing facility. I had Sunju Jo for my initial assessment and she was able to efficiently find the knot and tight spots on my back and neck with the right amount of pressure. She was prepared with having the heated blanket on, a relaxing playlist (she didnt talk.. which I like) and started my appointment on time. Thank you!

Each time I have been to Bliss it has been absolutely flawless. Communication before treatment (covid screenings, appointment reminders, etc.) was very helpful for me.
