This place is amazing. The staff is so on point. I was in extreme pain and within 1 week I knew what my back issues were and what I could do to keep the pain away. The reception staff is really adepth with your insurance claims. High recommended.

I don't normally write reviews but the continued excellent service has compelled me to do so. I've been to the Whitby Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre on multiple occasions, and every time has been a great experience. When I first arrived to the clinic, I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortbale. My massage therapy appointments always started on time and the RMTs on hand were very attentive to whatever issues I may have and wanted worked on. The entire experience was more then satisfying, and I would definitely recommend the Whitby Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre to anyone and everyone!

Very clean and friendly environment, never felt rushed! Rehab staff was very thorough and insightful, answered all they questions I had. One of the best Rehab team I have come across. Chiro was very skilled dealing with my lower back and shoulder problems. Exercises were available in house or virtual. Definitely worth signing up, got a lot of my mobility back!

I have been to 2 other Physio places in Whitby and the most they would give me is one exercise. You can't get better with just one exercise. Going to Whitby Physiotherapy & Rehab. has been so much better. The staff is wonderful, as are the therapists. They truly care about you getting better quickly so you can resume your life! In 3 weeks I have improved and I have 13 exercises already! I highly recommend this place!

So much love for everyone at the Whitby Physio Clinic! After getting into a car crash in February that totaled my car, the entire staff has been a huge part of my successful recovery. The staff at this location are incredibly friendly and truly care about their patients well being. Everyone who walks in their front doors comes in with an injury they are looking to heal ,and leave with a reassurance that the professionally trained staff will aid them to get back to normal. They truly take the time to get to know their patients while creating custom plans to suit their patients needs, strengths and weaknesses. They go above and beyond to ensure that you fully recover from your injuries. Another great feature about this location, besides its incredible staff, is that it is situated in Platinum Fitness. Essentially its's location is fantastic because it allows clients to have access to the gym equipment to work on recovery and getting strength back. The trainer I have through the clinic has been a true blessing. They focus on strengthening your injured areas and also on teaching you the basics to the gym equipment so that when your time with them is over, you have the necessary skills to go out confidently for further self improvement. It will be tough to leave their care after my complete recovery because of the close friendships I have been made with them there! If you are looking for a physio and rehabilitation centre, I strongly recommend this as your number 1 choice!

She told me what my issues were and helped me through the process of getting better. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I highly recommend Afshan. I also see Brittany for my massages. She is amazing. She always seems to know how much pressure to apply to get the job done. I always feel relaxed when she is done. Very poor experience. They did not ask pertinent questions related to injury .Also threatened that if I did not do their suggested exercises, they would know . very weird. Found a much better place in Whitby called Joint Action . Excellent staff, professional and delivered results .

Whitby Physio and Rehab has changed my wife's life! They have provided personalized, knowledgeable and co-ordinated care for her after an accident that involved both physical and brain injuries. They arranged all areas needed for her recovery including physio, chiropractic, massage, personal conditioning, swim therapy, psychology, occupational therapy and speech and language services as well as linked us up with recommended doctors for many assessments needed. In addition, the administrative staff helped us through all needed paperwork. They provide a truly comprehensive service. My wife has felt welcomed, supported and nurtured during a most difficult and vulnerable time in her life. We don't know what we would have done without this phenomenal team of caring individuals. I've been involved in 3 motor vehicle accidents and have been going here for years. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. You really get the sense that they want you to get better. I've found that other places don't have an end goal and want you to stay around forever. This place really has a sense of an end goal of getting you better and to stop needing treatments. I also really appreciate how the treatments are well rounded. There is a mix of physical manipulation, exercise therapy, and technology. Plus, it's super easy to use your car insurance at this place. They deal with insurance directly, so all you have to do is get better.
