Physiotherapy is great they are very helpful with scheduling and everything. They make everything really easy to deal with. I recommend they are helpful and listen to your issues and can help answer questions about anything related to your physio.

I only saw the physiotherapist for about 20 mins, each appt after that was with an assistant or something. They only used a tens machine and told me of exercises. I've been to physio before, the therapist is supposed to work with the patient. Its located in a residential home.Very little privacy other than a curtain and the smell of the house was not that great.

Another depressing physio outfit! Pretty much the standard business model for most independent foreign run physio places in the GTA. A real physiotherapist performs a short consultation with you, and the remainder of your appointments are with an immigrant just off the boat who's had some training, but no qualifications, nor any interest in the patient. Just going through the motions, the 'assistant' (whatever that means - the patient is never told) spends about 3 to 5 minutes with them to generate billable time. A lot of the appointment is eaten up with tens machines and heat packs, that require little one-on one time with the patient. A tip-off to the place's quality are the boilerplate Google reviews on its website that were obviously written by the staff - as we see here.

This place is not even worth 1 STAR. I’ve had the worst experience of my life with them. They treat their clients very badly. Especially the receptionist is very rude, unprofessional and full of attitude. I do not recommend anyone to this place.

Dr. David Eshraghi and his staff has been very conscientious treating my wife's trochanteric (thigh/hip) bursitis, even though the treatment was covered by OHIP only. They accepted her practically instantly, and scheduled the treatment with our short availability in mind. I would highly recommend this Physiotherapy clinic.
