As soon as I walked in and told him my issue. He had a gut feeling as to what it was and was right. He found the issue right away and started treatment I felt so good after. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. Looking forward to the next appointment and to be rid of the issues I'm having.

I found this place online and they were able to schedule my husband on short notice after he threw out his back. All the staff were very courteous, personable and professional. After just a few sessions with Dr Kristy, he is back to normal. Highly recommended

I've never seen an RMT before so booking my first appointment was little bit daunting. I'm glad I booked with OAK because they made my experience absolutely amazing from start to finish. Mohammad Nawabi did an excellent job targeting my lower back and also recommended stretches and exercises during and after my appointment. I would recommend this clinic to all my friends and family in a heartbeat. Also the interior design and decor is phenomenal! Very clean, sleek and warm.

I was introduced to oak physio and wellness through a friend. Since my first visit, I have been quite pleased with every aspect of the care given to me by the entire staff and Dr. Ammar Spouh. Their knowledge, assessment and subsequent treatment of my needs have kept me returning. The environment at the Wellness Center is soothing and the office staff is courteous.

I had my first appointment today at OAK with Dr. Spouh and I already have my second appointment booked for next week! This was my first time seeing a chiropractor so I was a little nervous but Dr. Spouh was so kind and comforting, he explained everything in terms I could understand, and was very respectful. The clinic is absolutely beautiful as well which is a huge plus! Even though I don't live in the area, I would happily make the drive for their standard of care. Highly recommend :)

Visited today with my son who has flat feet. The entire staff is super friendly and well trained. The chiropractor took the feet scans and placed the order for the custom orthotics. They have the latest equipment and tech to take care of your physio and wellness needs. Highly recommended.

My first time visiting OAK was after I booked a next-day appt for some fantastic neck pain. I wasn't sure who I needed to see based on the pain, but whoever answered the phone listened and actually made a recommendation which I really appreciated. Even offered to have me speak with a chiropractor if they were available. They booked me in as soon as they could (next day). I met with Kristy Blair and felt like a new person once I left the clinic. She's professional, thorough, and her work is clearly effective. I was really pleasantly surprised by the ambiance in the clinic as well - it's warm and comfortable while remaining stylish and modern. It's doesn't feel like your typical physio / rmt / chiro clinic. The owners are lovely and the whole experience was a definite 5 out of 5. I have since been back to see Kristy, and will continue to see her! Highly recommend OAK.

I LOVE THIS CLINIC!!! From beginning to end, I felt so taken care of. The attention to detail is incredible and the vibes were immaculate! Coming in for a consultation I didn’t expect to feel right at home but I can confidently say that I have now found MY CLINIC! I had a chiro appointment with Kristy and really enjoyed how she took her time listening to my health and concerns. I really love the vibe of this place, and the staff so friendly. It is like a one stop shop for all the services such as massage, physio, and Chiropractor etc. My experience with Mohammad Nawabi for massage was great as he is very knowledgeable and i highly recommend him!! I also received a physio treatment from Jeannine Fontyn, and she is also very knowledgeable and i felt the difference in my first visit. Sometimes we go to physio not knowing the root cause of problems and how to prevent it happening. At Oak Physio and Wellness, staff not only treat you but also guide on how to take care of yourself by doing a couple exercises on daily basis for our well-being. I had my massage with Leslie, who was extremely attentive and knew exactly where to target knots and pain I was experiencing in my neck and shoulders. Jeannine and the entire Oak Physio Wellness team are truly miracle workers. I twisted my ankle really bad few months ago during a hike. I recently learned about oak phsyio and wellness and had a session with Jeannine. She was very professional and did a very thorough exam on my ankle. She educated me about my injury and created a treatment plan thats aligns to my goals. She emailed me stretches and exercises that I can do when I am at home. I look forward to my next session. The front staff were very pleasant and made everything super seem less.

OAK Physio and Wellness is one of the most unique clinic I have ever been to, It's so different. The staff are so great and so nice ! I went for a massage for the first time. It was the best massage I have ever got. All though all the staff are amazing, my message tharapiat was Mohammed Nawabi. He explained everything really well and was great !
