They are the best when it comes to physiotherapy, the reason why they are known in Oakville is because of their skills. I went there for my ankle and the staff is really awesome. I was suffering from a chronic rotator cuff injury for over two years. I struggled trying to find the right practitioner who could provide me with some relief – any relief. The dull aching pain and very limited range of motion caused endless sleepless nights. It also restricted my workouts out the gym - if I was able to go to the gym at all. Dr. Steve is possibly the nicest chiropractor I have ever seen. I first consulted with her regarding a lower back problem stemming from a motorcycle accident years ago, and Michelle, assisted by Jessica and Nicole, guided me through a treatment and exercise plan that by following assiduously has taken me to a pain-free lifestyle where I no longer worry about injuring myself anytime I do anything strenuous. Simply amazing! I cannot recommend this place enough! 8 weeks ago I had a bad fall. I broke my wrist and needed surgery requiring a plate and seven screws. I also had carpal tunnel as a result of trauma and required carpal tunnel release surgery. Three weeks post surgery I started coming here and seeing Andrea. I was super nervous and anxious. From day one Andrea put me at ease. She listens to how you feel and works within your ability, while pushing you at the same time so that you can heal and get stronger. I have come so far in my healing because of Andrea! The clinic is super clean and takes all precautions for Covid-19. I feel super safe and confident in their procedures! You'll get a thorough examination on your initial visit and they'll establish a plan for your recovery, letting you know exactly what you can expect and what sort of timeline you're looking at. I don't normally feel compelled to write reviews but in this instance I honestly hope that by providing this genuine personal experience that I can help others make good choices from my own insights. Andrea was extremely proficient in diagnosing and plotting a recovery program upon our initial consultation. Thereafter, I was treated by Nicole about 2 times weekly. I wanted to provide a background and encourage others to seek treatment in a timely manner. I am currently being treated for an extremely stubborn frozen right shoulder that have been persistent since last September. I have an unreasonable phobia in regards to treatment, not quite sure why. Covid have simply amplified the fear and delayed my search for treatment. But after worsening prospects of ever recovering, I finally psyched myself to go in for physio. After 2 months and 14 treatments (about twice weekly) with Nicole, my shoulder is finally seeing some remarkable improvements. From barely being able to move; unable to brush my teeth, comb my hair, and difficulty dressing to finally getting some normal movement back. This all thanks to Nicole's exceptional skills. Thanks to her, I am optimistic that I have a path to full recovery.

When you walk in the door the staff are very friendly and are doing a great job with covid protocols. I have been seeing Andrea and she has done a wonderful job working on my injury. At the first visit she gave me exercises to help, and updates them when needed. She is very professional, and knows exactly what treatments I require. Thank you Andrea for your expertise, and your friendly banter. I am feeling better after every visit. Definitely 5 stars.

She helped me negotiate a total shoulder replacement - pre-operatively to strengthen the muscles and post-operatively to get me the BEST possible outcome.
