Chris Csak is an amazing Pilates Instructor. Very thorough and creative with his Pilates lessons. I am seeing great improvements in core strength and general flexibility.

very disappointed in talking to the staff over the phone to find out about pilates for a Uvic student. I was told they don't have students from UVic attending the classes and they have no idea as to how a student can get there to take one. Sadly, I guess they don't know about marketing and services a client base. I will not be buying a membership for my son to attend.

The pilates instructors at this studio are very knowledgeable and so friendly. They offer a wide variety of classes and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of classes they provide!
