I went to Broadmead Physio after struggling to get back on the bike after a severe round of patella/knee pain. Jacob identified the root cause and worked with me to design a strengthening program to treat the underlying issue and not just the symptoms. I went from a fully locked up knee and limping around to back on the bike and being active withing a few weeks. Great service at Broadmead, and I highly recommend them.

I recently had an appointment with Lauren Macauley at the BOPC and was absolutely thrilled with the advice and treatment she provided. I've been suffering chronic jaw pain for a few years now and have tried several things to help alleviate the pain. Lauren asked me numerous questions about my issue and did several tests to get a feel for what's going on. She was empathetic and took her time to thoroughly explain my situation in a way that I could understand, it was obvious she genuinely cared about helping me. At the end of our session, she wrote out a list of stretches specific to resolving my issue and administered IMS (similar to acupuncture) which immediately alleviated my pain. I've been doing my stretches for the last 2 weeks since visiting her and have not had jaw pain once, which is absolutely astonishing! Thank you Lauren 
