This past summer I suffered a massive tear of my rotator cuff. The post op recovery period was 10-12 weeks of complete immobility and because of this I was left with only 15% ROM. I have been seeing Shaun 2x week for the past 5-6 weeks and we have managed to get approximately 80% ROM with a lofty goal of close to full mobility. I strongly recommend this facility and its staff!

For me specifically their concussion program has been a game changer. Highly suggest trying CORE for physio and massage needs.

I have been a client of Lifemark Core since May 4, 2016. Since day one I have never felt like I was just “another person" that will be treated and forgotten about once I leave until the next appointment. All the staff working with my rehab directly or indirectly have treated me with respect, and have all made me feel comfortable each and every visit. My reason using such a great and highly recommended facility is due to a Work Place Injury (WCB Claim), which has resulted in 3 surgeries on my left ankle since September 2016. Tanya Nichol is and has been my physiotherapist since day one. She is an amazing lady that is highly-educated in her skills and training. Since day one she has always asked for my input in rehab ideas related to my work place and how I have felt with the specific tasks. Tanya really cares about you and makes you feel like you are home. She is ALWAYS will to take a few minutes whether it’s to discuss the next step in rehab or to comfort your when you are having a bad day mentally, emotionally and physically. Tanya will always be someone I will recommend and cherish. Robin Fewer is and has been my Massage Therapists. Robin is also another amazing lady that is highly-educated in her skills and training. If it wasn’t for her ability in soft tissue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy, I don’t know where I would be today when it comes to flexibility and relaxation with my left and also right leg. Which has had numerous surgeries on it as well. She is will to discuss pretty much anything while you are being treated to make you feel comfortable. Robin as well is a person I will defiantly recommend and cherish. Andrea Hilson is my Occupational Therapist. She is amazing when it some to speaking with you and your employers regarding your return to for programs. Always so friendly and smiling. Debra Vieth-Morse is another Occupational Therapist that has been helping me with my functional tests so I can gradually work towards returning to work. She is always so friendly and smiling and her door is always open if you need to talk. Taylor Williams is one of the Kinesologist at Lifemark Core that assist in my rehabilitation, he is always smiling and friendly to everyone you meet. I have NEVER seen him without a smile on his face since I have been here. He is highly-educated as well when it comes to rehab and always will to give advice. I am super excited and looking forward to attending some of Taylor’s classes and training with KINetic Energy Training once I get back on my feet. MJ is the Clinic Administrator, she is such a sweet and amazing lady that always can make you smile even on your darkest day. She is so easy to talk to you and able to accommodate your needs while booking your next visit. She has one of those infectious laughs that puts a smile on your face every time. All the staff at Lifemark Core are amazing, whichever way you come into contact with them they are very helpful and trained in there line of work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIFEMART CORE IN LOWER SACKVILLE!!!

I've been seeing Robin Fewer for almost two years now. Initially she helped me with a lower back injury sustained during a motor vehicle accident. Over that time, I've also had knee surgery and again required massage therapy to alleviate pain and re-condition my knee. Robin is an extremely caring and qualified RMT who I would highly recommend. She has extensive knowledge in MVA and Sports Injury recovery providing everything from deep tissue to relaxation massage therapy. Robin is my "go to girl" when it comes to massage therapy and will treat you like family and not just another person. Robin Fewer is highly skilled and listens to requests from her clients. Definitely worthy of checking her out and giving her a chance to go over your recovery needs.

I have had twelve appointments at this location and when submitting my bills to insurance was advised that their maximum amount allowed based on reasonable and customary charges for this expense was lower than what was being charged. Thus this clinic is charging over that amount so I have cancelled all future appointments with this business. I have had previous physio treatments for other issues elsewhere in the past in NS plus Ontario but no such issues so this was a bit of a surprise. I have rated a 3 as the treatment seemed to help some but unsure if it or time passing resulted in the positive change and I could not put 2.5.
