EDITED: (Erin is a fantastic Physiotherapist. She restored my faith in the profession. Great service from the receptionists too. Highly recommend Country Hills Physiotherapy!) I originally gave a 5 star review shortly after coming here. After being a patient for several years I encountered an abusive receptionist/office manager who did the WCB billing wrong, getting my claim prematurely closed. She refused to listen when I explained it to her, talked over me and accused me of making the errors and demanded I pay the fees myself. It took multiple phone calls to WCB and talking to my physiotherapist Erin to verify the error really lied with the clinic. Even after that the receptionist refused to apologize, and continued treating me rudely. I had to leave the clinic behind permanently, which was sad because I loved working with Erin and Mike too. It is only because of the severity of this front line employee experience that I feel it is appropriate to revise my initial review and downgrade my overall experience from 5 stars to only 2. 1 star for Erin and one for Mike. If you don’t encounter that employee you should have a fantastic experience here.

At PT Health, they've always given me the proper guidance, respect and friendliness in helping me get better. Everyone from the therapists, assistants and receptionist always make me feel welcome to come back at any time should I need it. I have been primarily treated by my physiotherapist, Vivian Overton. Her skills as a physiotherapist allow her to diagnose a condition very quickly. Her willingness to explain injuries to muscles and joints in terms I can understand is very refreshing and never makes me feel scared to ask questions about what is going on with me. Highly suggest this team. This location is more like a welcoming home than a clinic (In A good way) All the staff here are excellent. Erin, Jordan and Gloria have greatly improved my headaches and pain/mobility from extreme whiplash after a car accident. They are very skilled. Mike's great to work with and he listens which is a very important skill when pain is involved! I visited Country Hills Physiotherapy in December 27, 2019 for the first time to meet Chiropractor Dr. Jordan Sandham and I was pleasantly surprised how efficient and extraordinary his approach was comparing to my previous experiences. I had very severe neck pain at the time of my visit and Jordan sent me immediately to the X Ray clinic which I did the same day and on January 3rd I did a bone scan. In a week I had a better understanding what was going on and Jordan put a plan together for my pain management including Physiotherapist Craig Rohla and massage therapist Nishia Richard. My neck and back was injured in a motor vehicle accident last month. Erin is my physiotherapist who is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. I am always surprised by her good memory that she knows what I need, even she has lots of clients. She always listens to my needs and teaches me some excellent exercises. I am confident that I am getting the best treatments with her. Receptionist Sarah is also very friendly and customer-oriented. She arranges my appointments efficiently and accurately. This clinic also offers email booking and e-confirmation of appointments, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this clinic. The only thing I would complain is that booking appointments through phone call could be a hassle. My calls were often redirected to the 866 pt health number even I called the 403 direct number. The receptionists at pt health always took much longer time, and often looked at a wrong location at the beginning.
