Rude clinic. I have a right some detail like just graduated or experienced practitioner etc but the clinic is rude to answer for those questions and say do not ask things. Say ... just come, pay and get treatment!!! Hey no way I will not do that!!!! I do not want visit/enter completely UNKNOWN place, the best place is I need recommendation from my friends and families. So rude and arrogant!!!

Physiotherapists and their assistants are good, but the receptionists are really unfriendly and arrogant; she was really reluctant to help when we asked for OHIP-covered physiotherapy. Definitely, the clinic fails to observe codes of ethics such as beneficence. I believe we should blame the government that does not audit their partner clinics for quality of service; similar scenarios are seen wherever OHIP covers the cost. A lesson for people like me : "You get what you pay for. See a private clinic if you expect a better experience."

I would highly recommend this clinic as the staff is very courteous and pleasant and worth the praise. As well as kept very clean and tidy. I would never hesitate recommending Sabita Rokka’s sevice to others. She is very confident, dedicated and precise in her profession. I am extremely happy that I am being treated by her. My pain in the lower back is already feeling 50%better after receiving only5 sessions from her. I would definitely give her 5 star rating. I came to the clinic after my cast was taken off from a broken right wrist. I was in a lot of pain especially below my wrist & thumb. I could barely move my fingers or hold onto anything. My Physio Therapist was Julius Caesar Fernando . He was very conscientious of my problem and took very good care of me. I would definitely give him a 5 star rating. My hand is a lot more mobile now. Highly recommend Sabit Rokka a registered Physiotherapist. She was patient, gentle and caring with my mom. The follow up with exercises and home care by Sabita was priceless. I was referred by my doctor with problems with my left foot that was diagnosed by X ray and US. I could not walk. Julius - PTA examine me and created very effective and good plan of physiotherapy exercises and treatments and the pains and swelling gradually disappear. Also Paith did US massage and Ice pack very gently. I am very satisfied with the professional physiotherapy treatment and would not hesitate to recommend.

Joyce was just what I needed to help me with a minor shoulder injury. She gave me the right exercise routine for my condition - encouraged me when I was doing well, but was also careful when there was some pain. Since mine could be a chronic condition, I also have exercises I can use as maintenance for the future. She was good-natured, courteous and professional.

Physiotherapist Ms. Sabita Rokka at the Willowdale Physiotherapy clinic is a good example of our care givers who make us so aware of the privilege of receiving medical care in Canada. Professional competence, attentive to the patient requiring the treatment rather than just the technicalities of the treatment itself and, above all, a confident yet studied cheerful and positive demeanor which helps the patient to respond more effectively to the treatment. In my recent visits, I’ve seen Sabita ji giving undivided attention to all under her care, a trait clearly being emulated by her colleagues like Glenda and others assisting her in the treatments. All in all, a very pleasant experience at being under Sabita’s care and watching others responding similarly….…clearly a 9 on a scale of one to ten.
