Dr. Cho and the team here at Physiomed Yorkdale have done such a great job taking care of me after my motor vehicle accident. After my accident, I was unable to sit for more than 30 minutes at a time without experiencing pain in my shoulders and neck. The team here at Physiomed Yorkdale created a treatment plan that once in place set me on a road to recovery where today I feel even stronger than I did before my accident. Dr. Cho & the staff are the best there. Very welcoming indeed. I'm a student and I used to struggle with sitting in class for long periods of time. My hips, back, and neck had given me fatigue along with pain/headaches. When I started my weekly treatments with Dr. Cho, I no long have migraines, I could sit longer in class and no more neck pain and I sleep better at night. I recommend Dr. Cho and everyone at Physiomed!

Worst experiance ever. This place took 7 months to get me my shoes....apart from that even with regular follow ups there was extreme lack of following through. They were quick to make promises but did not uphold a single one. Horrible customer service and no follow throughs whatsoever.

Best place for any kind of recreation. It will almost be a year of me using their facilities. I love using their gym equipments, playing volleyball and badminton. You must attend the free classes daily and many more activites provided such as swimming for all ages.

I came in with a 2 year shoulder injury from playing volleyball and wasn't expecting much off the bat. The physiotherapist Rebecca Samek really knew what she was doing and in a matter of 3 weeks, my shoulder felt amazing again and was able to go back to playing volleyball in full health. I found the people at physiomed to be very professional and quite the polite plus they operate a program with substantially reduced rates for seniors on fixed income. Physio med has helped me I different ways. I was able to strengthen my muscles and loose some very unwanted weight. When I first went to physio med I went for my orthodox, but soon discovered many more benefits. I suffered from knee and joint pain and I am very happy to say I feel little to no pain at the moment. The staff is well informed and very helpful.

I went for a massage session and it was the most unrelaxing experience that I had. The massage room was just next to a basketball court and during the entire one hour I could hear the ball bouncing and people yelling on the court. It was extremely noisy and I ended up with a headache. The massage bed was very uncomfortable as the surface of it was barely padded and it would hurt your entire body. Also, the massage therapist was talking constantly and did not provide a calming atmosphere. I would definitely not recommend this place for a massage session.

Exceptionally good practitioners, front desk and clinic director Vikram Singh. Practitioners are very skilled and thorough with diagnosis and treatment. Front desk is kind and efficient. Vikram is very knowledgeable and makes sure you and your health is best taken care of. Cleanliness and covid protocols are top notch. Fantastic team! PhysioMed North York is an excellent clinic with very friendly staff! I was able to get custom knee braces I can use on a day to day basis to improve my mobility, they are extremely comfortable and easy to wear! The material is also very soft and gentle on the skin. Initial assessment is great, but service switches from 100% to like 10%. Follow up visits you pay for 30mins-45mins whcih is standard but they spend 5mins with you then you're done and out in 15mins. Whole point is to get you on a reoccurring treatment plan. It's money hungry and it's obvious..they also withdrew information about stretches I can do to alleviate my own symptoms which I found out.

I have been going to Physiomed since 2015 and I love the staff for the service and support they give - especially for all of the injuries that I've been living with since 2011. I started off visiting the Chiropodist - thank you A. Tabrizi for making my feet happy, and ergo the rest of my body feel better. I've also received treatment from the chiropractor and physiotherapist. They are a great team who provides a well rounded treatment plan, no matter the number of injuries you may have. For someone like me who has chronic knee pain and injuries and sciatica, I can safely say that 2018 has been the year of little to no pain. After 6 years, I'm back playing volleyball again and able to participate more in extra-curricular activities. Another support that has been an immense game changer is the Bauerfeind P3 knee braces. I will not, and feel like I could not play competitive volleyball without these awesome braces. Thank you Physiomed and Bauerfeind for allowing me to regain confidence in my physical abilities and for re-igniting hope in recovery, regardless of how long an injury has been sustained. I highly recommend Physiomed and Bauerfeind!

My experience with Physio Med services has been very satisfying and rewarding. I have been with them for about 5 years, at the beginning of my program, it was for back and neck strain injuries from my Nursing job. The exercise program was very helpful, I have no more back pain and minimal neck pain, I was encouraged to continue home exercises also. I had terrible posture, and one of the exercise was to work on that, as well as other core exercises. The team is tremendous, they work together on the whole body to help its performance, at present we are working on my tennis elbow which is very painful, the goal of the team and myself is to get back to as close to functioning level as possible. I sustained a traumatic injury about 6 months ago, had spent time in rehab after. I wanted to take sure that I had recovered as much movement as possible. I was welcomed by the front staff and was quickly seen and treated by Swati, a physiotherapist, who performed a thorough examination. She felt I was progressing well and provided exercises that I could do at home. I was impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. I also had a chance to meet Vikram, the Clinic Director. From the receptionists, to the physiotherapists, doctors, foot specialists & all staff, it’s always a pleasant experience when I go there. I have gotten to know several of the staff in particular Charlotte who is currently off, Ashley & Senia who is also off right now, as well as some others to name a few. I have now had 6 treatments and this facility is close to my home which is very convenient and bar none this clinic is top notch! My personal therapist Rebecca has been excellent and has really helped me with my pain management in strengthening the muscles in my lower body. She is truly an asset to your team!
