I came to this place for physiotherapy after my knee surgery. The therapist is very knowledgeable and patient. She worked our detailed program for my personal needs after an assessment. With two weeks in the program my knee is healing properly and I am now doing some targeting excercise to regain strength in the leg. I will recommend this place to anyone interesting in real results.

From the day I called this location for my first appointment up to my most recent visit, they have been consistently providing me with exceptional customer service. They have kind and knowledgeable staffs who always greets patients with a smile (even with their face masks on.) They are also very accommodating and flexible with setting up appointments according the patient's schedule. As for my therapy, I was given effective treatment and exercises that are adjusted depending on the improvement of my condition. They are very attentive and will help and teach you how to take care of yourself. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the quality of their service!

I am so glad I choose to go to North York Clinic. MedRehab Clinic at North York The medical office assistant at the clinic which is Vivian showed empathy not only to me but to everyone else, to her coworkers(the specialist) and to all the patients as well, because I am observing how she treat everyone. What did I say this? Because not everyone good to you, is good to someone else.Overall, she is excellent. Also, to the specialists they are all great because I can hear them in the other room, how they talk and treat their patient is wonderful. In addition, to my own physiotherapists( Rasika and Sneha, forgive me if my spelling is wrong) they both manifest empathy as well to me(their patient) For Instance, My first appointment with Sneha, we talk for almost 15-20minutes about my personal thoughts and my injury(of course because it is my first day which is assesment). What really amaze me on my first day of treatment was I get a assessment and treatment right away. In contrast, When I was injured way back 2021 I went to the physiotherapy near by our apartment it’s good but not excellent. My first day was assessment only( I know that not all clinic provide the same service). I am just showing you the difference of good and excellent clinic. My second appointment with Rasika was excellent as well. For instance, I called the clinic at around 4:50 because I am going to be late because I forgot my wallet. My appointment was 5:00 Pm but she set the appointment to 5:30 Pm so that I will not be late for my appointment. Then when I got there it’s almost 5:29 so I walked fast and I was so tired my heartbeat is fast. So when I got to the treatment room already. She asked me how are you? I said I’m tired because I was rushing. She asked me do you need some water? I said yes. So, she gave me water. And it really help me because my mouth is dry already. And before that I actually forgot my mask so I’m using my winter gloves to cover my mouth and nose. When Vivian saw me she asked why you don’t have a mask. I said I forgot I was rushing. Then she gave a mask. Moreover, the MedRehab North York clinic is such a wonderful clinic because it is so clean, they have a sanitizer(sanitizer that really have something inside, not just the bottle itself) and they have their own laundry area inside their clinic. Therefore, the clinic maintained cleanliness(this is very important right now because of Covid). Lastly, the clinic itself is located inside a big building. The building has its own security guard, they have parking lot and the doors in the building are all accessible. To conclude, MedRehab North York clinic is excellent, the building they chose,the staff that they have that provided excellent service to the patients. Shout out to the owner. You have a wonderful staff and clinic. Treat them right and they will help you grow your business. God bless. ( I want to be more specific and add more but I don’t want to turn this review into a research paper).

I have been to a couple of clinics since my ACL injury and this is the best so far. The front desk is polite, accommodating and helpful, great at what she does. The physiotherapist is very knowledgeable, explaining throughly what the exercises are for. Effective treatment method for my knee. I also had my massage here and for a 30 min massage, I fell asleep, it’s that good and relaxing! Great service overall. I highly recommend it!

I was glad to see a rehab centre open up so close to me. I went in for a bad shoulder and within two sessions I already have full mobility back. The office is clean and they always make sure to use the covid precautions . Staff is super friendly and I look forward to my sessions. I found my spot!

Amazing place and great staff. It has been few weeks that I’m going there for my physio. I had a terrible shoulder/back muscle tension & pain which I had to deal with it every single day, after 3 treatment I’m 90% of my pain is gone and now I feel like a normal person !!! One of the awesome massage places my husband and I have been to! The minute you enter, you are greeted by their very cheerful and friendly manager, Anne. She is awesome! Very friendly and accommodating. You will feel her sincerity when she asks how your treatment went. Dong Li was our RMT and she was great! Great hands and not chatty which we liked. She warms you up first and gradually increase the pressure of the massage. Their prices are reasonable and they do direct billing.The whole place is very clean and organized. The only thing I would like changed was the music. Relaxing music would be great in enhancing the relaxation and zen experience. :) Overall, this is a very good place if you need a good massage.

I'm doing a review for the very first time on behalf of my mother who recently had an arm fx and needed PT. As recommended by my sister who is also a patient there, I brought my mother for her tx. My first impressions upon entering the building are: very accessible, new building, very quiet and clean but this is nothing compared to the smiling face that greeted us upon entering the clinic. Ann with her ever ready smile and accommodating ways made us feel we belong or had been a patient for a while. So is Charissa who is very knowledgeable, gentle and waste no time to make sure treatment is started on time and accommodates all questions with patience. Massages are also great according to the 3 people I recommended but they still have to make their own review :). My other half can't just wait for his next massage. Scheduling is flexible as well (now 4 days a week open.. yayyy). Ooppssss the clinic is very clean and organized. Keep smiling ladies, you're doing a great job!

This new place is a great place! very clean and neat. All staff are friendly and very accommodating. I come to know this clinic thru provider's search in Sunlife website. The clinic is new and clean, the staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They have the covid 19 protocol in place which gave me ease of mind. I have frozen shoulder and Charisa, the physiotherapist was efficient and knowledgeable. She'll do beyond to help and make me better. On my third visit, my shoulder is better and the pain is lessened. I am glad that I came to this clinic. The only downside is the parking which the manager promised she'll work on it.
