A massage with Katrina is always good! Not only does she have funny conversations, but she can really pin point the knots and problem spots like a wizard. She also provides tips on how to improve.

Dr Robyn Prescott is amazing. She is unlike any Naturopathic Doctor I've experienced. I had hip and wrist nerve pain in pregnancy, and rather than using a "dose" of something to fix me, she treated me more like a chiropractor/osteopath on a muscular level. I specifically searched out an ART (Active Release Technique) provider to try and resolve the pain and problems I was having with my leg. I had been going to physio at another location for 3 months with no improvement (at times it was much worse). After one session with Dr. Jenn Turner, there was a dramatic improvement and after the second, the pain and discomfort walking was almost all gone. Her treatment was a real game changer.

I have been dealing with a very difficult hip issue, and he explained what his plan was for treatment, provided exercises I could do at home, and suggestions for focus for future treatment. His extensive experience and background gave me confidence that he knew what areas needed attention and felt like I had a great treatment session.
