I was in a car accident and went to Elite Physio with the promise that I was going to be joggin in a month. Instead i walked out a month later re-injured from traction which should not have been done, according to the neurologist. I also went through a series of very painful manual adjustments that beside all the bruises that it created on my spine and swelling, it had no healing effects. Overall, overconfident physiotherapist, questionable and painful methods and poor results!

I have been to many physiotherapists over the last 10 years. Sirus is the best I have come across. He does a series of treatments each time including manual therapy. A lot of others just give you exercises and send you off. He is also cheaper than most. I drive a long way to come see him.

Every time I have spasms around my neck or need physiotherapy, this is the only place I can end up with full trust. Dr Sirus is just very ethical, understanding, knowledgable, kind and trustworthy professional. The way he approaches to his patients and staff is so impressive. I appreciate specifically his and also his staff's attitude so much. Every session is done with so much relief and happiness.

I was there 2 times. For the first treatment I booked a 60 minutes session, but it was just 45 min. The second treatment was even worse. The appointment was on Christmas eve and I received a call to be there 15 minutes earlier, and I was there on time, but the therapist, Bahareh Ghanbari, joined me late. She started treatment and after a few minutes she left me with a hot pad on my back, and said that after 15 minutes Dr Sirus would come and continue the treatment. But, after 20-25 minutes while the pad had got cold, the receptionist came and took off the pad and told me that Dr Sirus will be there for Laser Therapy. I waited another 10-15 minutes with no clothes on and no one showed up. I put on my clothes and left the treatment room. When I complained to the receptionist and told her that I was paying the fee for a one-hour session and my time is being wasted like this, she answered that the second treatment is just 30 minutes not 60, then charged me $75. I was shocked! When I got home, I checked their website. It clearly says “RE-Visit Physio 60min- $75”. I called them and the lady didn’t have any answer, just said that she will give my number to the manager to call me on Friday. I didn’t get any calls and I do believe they do not care about their patients’ time.

Dr. Sirus Memarzadeh is a highly professional & responsible person. He is proficient in all the necessary techniques to diagnose your problem and solving it. ????‍⚕️The staff is also respectful and caring along the way. ???? You have to book through their website & its mostly booked at least one month in advance. ⭕️ If its an urgency, you can call them or check their website as there are some cancellations. Enjoy being their patent!????

Dr. Sirous is amazing!! First of all, he has wonderful bedside manner and made me feel so comfortable and looked after. Most importantly, he is extremely skilled and well experienced in his field of work - I had excruciating pain due to my heel spurs for 4 months and tried everything, but after only 2 sessions with Dr. Sirous I now feel back to normal!! I’m so grateful for his services.

I live in Richmond and have tried many other physio for many years. Ellite is the only one I trust to do the job best. I am always happy with the result I am getting. I would rather to drive from Richmond to North Vancouver instead of going anywhere else close by because it worth it. :-)

Suffering with back problems for over 30 years with pain every day. I went to all the various therapies suggested by my MD & although I got some relief, it was very short lived. I felt that multiple forms of therapy were needed & could not find a clinic that provided all, till Elite. I am thrilled with the results to date. With significant improvement in my mobility and posture,I feel so much better & can do more. In 2 months my pain levels were cut in half & I have had some pain free hours. Sirus is serious about rehabilitation and you must do your part as well. The treatments can be painful but Sirus & Anne adjust the therapy to my thresholds. Full communication is critical for success. I am thrilled about my progress and know that in a short time I will be completely pain free. Best I have felt in years. Thank you all.

I am feeling better than I have in a long time. After over 20 years of scary C1-2 chiropractic adjustments, many ridiculous physio sessions that were a waste of time, Sirus is the only physiotherapist that has been able to resolve my limited range of motion and pain. I can now shoulder check without having to turn the entire top half of me! The combination of manual therapy, ultrasound, spinal decompression, laser and even dry needling which was surprisingly not painful and very effective, I am feeling better than I have in a long time and I know that if I did all the exercises he gives me, I would be better still. I spend 2 hours driving there and back to see him because he is a "one stop shop" and totally worth it!!

Ive been dealing with chest injury (called Chostocondritis) for long time and have been to many doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors and you name it. I was frustrated and I started to believe this pain is going to stay with me forever. Finally, I found Sirus. On the first session, he told me with high degree of confidence that he can help me and my pain will be gone for good. He was right. I still cannot believe I have no more chest pain. I have been suffering from knee pain for severl months. After having a few Xrays, Scans and Ultrasounds, the Doctor realized that I have fluid in my knee that created an inflammation. They said that I am suffering from an early on set of Arthritis which made me feel so depressed because I thought I will have this pain with me for the rest of my life. I've asked my family Doctor to refer me to Mr. Cirus Memarzadeh at Elite Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. Finally after 4-5 sessions with Mr Cirus I could feel the benefits of the treatments and I have found my knee pain has drastically reduced. He is very knowledgeable about his work and will be happy to explain to you what methos can be used to recover faster. His assistant Ms Charlina is very friendly and helpful and she really makes me feel welcome everytime I'm at their office. I would highly recommend Mr Cirus and Elite Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Centre.
