When I injured my knee at work a few months ago, I was worried about the recovery process and pain management. My physiotherapist Moreza Bahar put my mind at ease and made sure that my knee was healing properly. He suggested exercises to continue at home, but also made sure to give me his full attention during out sessions to lessen the pain and strengthen my knee. He really went above and beyond what I expected! Instead of just making his own diagnosis, he consulted with my medical records, coordinated information with WCB, my employer, and my family doctor, and really took the time to understand the best treatment for my knee.

Naghmeh has been doing acupuncture on me every month or so and while I must admit, acupuncture terrified me at the start, I now look forward to our sessions. I have been dealing with neck,back & shoulder pains for almost 3 years. I had been going elsewhere for that time, and aside from temporary reliefs and a quick 30 minute session, which never seemed enough and I always felt rushed, I never felt like I am getting any better. Until I had an incident where my neck went completely stiff & I experienced numbness and loss of sensation in my arm. I got referred to see Mr.Bahar by my family doctor. Mr.Bahar took the time to understand my pain, educated me on what has been happening and used a sensory device to help with the numbness (something I never knew existed). The techniques he used were something I had never seen in the 3 years of visiting a different Physiotherapist. I only saw him twice, and with his help, his patience and recommendations on different exercises, I have been pain free for over a month! Blue Sky truly takes excellent care of their patients and now I know why they are rated as the BEST in our city. I highly recommend!

Blue Sky Physiotherapy is head and shoulders above any other Physiotherapist that I have ever visited before. I was suffering from a shoulder tendinitis for 3 years and none of the physiotherapists whom I visited were able to treat it. When visiting Blue Sky (referred by my family doctor) for a different injury, my therapist found out about my shoulder injury. It took them 7 days to have the tendinitis go away for good. Their therapists are very experienced and knowledgeable; their staff are warm, welcoming and friendly, and their brand new facility will provide patients with more than one could expect. I have referred so many friends as well as my family members to them and they all have had the same experience. They surpass all expectations with their therapy services. If you have an injury, try them once and you will never go anywhere else.

Blue Sky Physio provides wonderful rehabilitation services. I was in a severe motor vehicle accident and Moreza at Blue Sky was an exceptional physiotherapist in treating my multiple injuries. I went in with a cane, a bad limp, and limited range of motion in my knee, neck, shoulder and arm. Aside from helping with and treating my pain, Moreza's expertise and treatment soon had me walking without a cane, and restored full range of motion through my injured limbs, while rebuilding strength in my weakened muscles. This was no easy task as he had to juggle and consider multiple injuries, treating each one of them - while balancing and considering how they interacted with eachother. He is very intelligent, and goes above and beyond in familiarizing himself with injuries, reviewing doctors reports and consulting colleagues for advice. He is interested in your best possible wellbeing and is incredibly dedicated and thorough. All of the staff are on the team are friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend Blue Sky Physio without hesitation to anyone looking for physiotherapy services. I could not be more impressed or grateful for the excellent treatment I have received.

Mrs. Jabari (Physiotherapist), Tina (Rehab Specialist), Mr. Bahar (Physio) & Farank (Physio Assistant) were extremely friendly, PROFESSIONAL and instrumental & helpful in improving my neck pain after an accident. Compared to other Physio offices, I found them way more knowledgeable & effective in my long healing process. I do recommend them to anyone in need of a good Physio.
