This message contains important information! I'm really wondering if Dr. Rezvani is human. Before being treated I thought my knee would never be back to normal. Even people close to me told me physio won't help, but after spending a few weeks with Dr. Rezvani he basically turned my weak unbendable knee into a bionic knee! I didn't see a halo on his head or wings on his back but this doctor and his staff are outstanding! Now it gives me great pleasure to slap all my friends who doubted physio treatment.

Had high expectations after reading all the positive reviews. The doctor did not really listen to my issues, then the assistant came in and worked on the wrong area and I was left hooked up to some electric machine that did nothing. No part of the procedure was explained and my neck is 100% worse the following day.

I came to the clinic with 2nd degree joint separation in my shoulder. By doctors in hospital I was told my healing will take about 6 to 8 weeks. With focus on exercise and visiting clinic in Capilano mall my motion and strength got better in 4 weeks. Ahmad Rezvani was amazing, supporting and focused on getting me back in form. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Hopefully I will not need any further help, but if I do I would certainly visit Back2Normal clinic again. I had 10/10 shoulder pain last week because of my shoulder tendinitis and I was referred to back2normal Physiotherapy at Capilano Mall by a couple of friends. I called them and explained that I had extreme pain--even though I had steroid injection. They were so friendly and considerate that they gave me an appointment on the same day. After only 2 sessions of physio, my pain was reduced to 3 out of 10. This team is amazing and I highly recommend them to those who need physio. I pulled a tendon in my knee and Ahmed was the first person I went to. Having not had any experience with any physiotherapists before, I didn't know what to expect. Ahmed is one of the most personal health care workers I have ever met. He's friendly, professional and has a silly sense of humour that if you go along with, is fun and infectious. He shows that he obviously cares about his patients lives and well being, giving solutions for them to be even better than before. I would like to thank Mr. Rezvani and his team for treating my whiplash quickly and efficiently. Mr. Rezvani demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and in developing a treatment plan. I felt I was in experienced hands throughout the process. After my car accident, I was treated by another clinician for a few months. Despite their fancy equipment, I did not experience healing and improvement in my back and shoulder pain caused by the accident. As such, I discussed the matter with ICBC and requested another clinic. Mr. Rezvani was recommended to me by a friend who had a similar experience and also received excellent treatment. A quick start to treat my bad ankle and provide one hour and half of professional service which helped me to back to 50% of my normal performance in less than 10 hours. They assisted me to make an appointment on very short notice. Dr. Rezvani does his job incredibly satisfactorily. I had an extremely sharp pain in my lower back and along the sciatic nerve that did not let me move and seat. After the second session, my back was healed to a great extent. Dr. Malekzadeh (acupuncturist) has a background in neurology and does the acupuncture service using laser, in addition to the typical needle therapy, which I found very effective to relieve the pain. Overall, I highly recommend their service.

This is a long overdue review. I had been suffering from a central meniscus tear (located on the inner side of the meniscus); the body doesn’t heal it itself as there is no vascular blood supply in that part of the meniscus, therefore there is no treatment other than surgery; but the specialist said the tear was not big enough to necessitate a surgery. I was hopeless and in pain. My family doc suggested physiothreapy; my knee has been feeling ok since I completed 12 sessions with Forouz. Meniscus is still there but doesn’t cause pain. I also make the exercises she recommended.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. Went in for physio session, they a nerve in my hand with the needle and I FAINTED 10 minutes after the treatment started!!! Got bruises on my hand and pain from the needle hitting the nerve. Faezeh still charged me for the full session! And when I called in to ask why she said: “ I did my job! Not my fault that u fainted! I did my job and you must pay!” This clinic has zero respect for patients, I won’t go again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!

I had pain in my SI joint area for over 2 years I saw Doctors, chiropractors, other physiotherapists, message therapists, had cortisone injections, nothing seemed to work. I was resolved to thinking surgery was my only option. I went to see Dr Rezvani and with his procedures ( which included stretching like I have never stretched before) it was literally the first time in 2 years my pain subsided. Amazing. Really fantastic experience. I called in the evening and left a voicemail to some PT businesses. Recovery was the only one that called me back. They scheduled me for that day (!), made registration simple and got me working right away. My PT Mr. Rezvani was top notch and keeps a productive and focused visit. He explained every exercise in depth and took a personal interest in my progress.I felt really lucky to be guided by him. Thank you very much for all classes treatment. I had already seen improvement in my wrist function from the first visit. Even the receptionist asked me if I did the homework…that’s great teamwork and the place is nice, modern, clean and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I called this physio in a recent emergency, as I was suffering acute pain from TMJ that had arisen very suddenly. They were able to accommodate me the same day and I walked over to meet Ed (Ahmad) the clinic owner and physiotherapist and his talented team. I had four treatments of varying length and was so happy to have my symptoms resolved. I had very specific facial massage, acupuncture and shoulder/neck massage by Ed and different members of his team. Every practitioner was highly trained, professional and very friendly. I was very happy to have found Ed and his team and would highly recommend this clinic. I am now pain free, thanks to this talented team!
