I've seen a number of physiotherapists over the years and Ryan Hill is one of the best. His approach is very hands on and he gives his all to every client. I am very thankful for the amount of genuine work and care he has put into our time together. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about his work, we've had deep discussion about the human body and he always seems happy to answer my questions. Edit: I previously had some opinions about not being a big fan of their previous locations facilities but it appears they have recently moved across the street. I can't make any comments on what the new location is like.

I cant recommend this place more, from the moment I walked and greeted by Mary I felt very relaxed and taken care of. I attended for some physiotherapy for a stiff and painful shoulder. My Physiotherapist Sheena was an abundance of knowledge, with a fantastic manner and put me at ease with the utmost of professionalism. I feel great relief even after just one session of dry needling to the area, and the heat packs at the end were a nice bonus! Don't hesitate to book with this company, they provide a great service!

I have been going here for 6 months after a car collision that i dislocated my left knee. My physiotherapist Casey Goheen is excellent and has helped me so much i am back at work with my knee brace.I can bend and lift weights thanks to Casey.She helped me so much and convinced me i could heal.I was a mess when i first went to see her and now i do awesome workouts with her.I look foward to my physio sessions with her.Every time i go i have improved i am going to keep going its a part of my life now i want to stay healthy.

After arriving in Vancouver on holiday from Australia, and waking up one morning unable to move my neck, I knew I needed to see a physio and fast! The staff at Twist were so accommodating and understanding of my situation, making an appointment for me with little notice. I was treated by Sheena Lynch who was professional and extremely thorough. She explained everything to me that she was doing, as well as emailing me exercises to do when I returned to Australia. I was so impressed that she treated me so well and gave me the exact same care that I am sure she would give a regular client, let alone a tourist from Australia who she will probably never see again! I cannot recommend Sheena enough. The only disappointment for me is that I can't continue having treatment with her because I am in a different country! Thank you to all the staff of Twist!

Ryan Hill at Allan McGavin Sports Medicine Clinic has helped me with an ongoing neck and shoulder pain. His expertise in physiotherapy has helped me adapt and function with minimal pain. I highly recommend Ryan and his incredible team! Jared Bir through massage therapy has also helped with my neck and shoulder pain. He has helped tremendously with relieving pain and reducing my overall stress level. Thank you! And a final note, the front staff is always helpful and courteous. They help keep me organized with my appointments and that’s not an easy task! ☺️

I had a rather painful back (shouldn't have lifted those 40 kg bags of salt) and Sheldon in 40 minutes made it all better. I went reluctantly under orders from my daughter and was so pleased with the results. In the past I've tried various chiropractic and massage with limited results but this man healed me!
