I’d done other types of physio, massage therapy and chiropractic care for years with some moderate success but still dealt with chronic back pain, then a friend recommended Paul at Align. I couldn’t believe the difference in my body when I finished the sessions with Paul, for the first time since I could remember I was pain free. This physio is diffferent, and it’s amazing. A couple years ago I came down with frozen shoulder. My arm was pretty much frozen at my side and any movement was excruciating. After one visit I had improved mobility and after 3 visits was pretty much back to normal. I have girlfriends who have suffered for up to a year not believe that my shoulder was pretty much fixed in 3 sessions! Paul is amazing.
