Jane completely unlocked my jaw the very first time i visited as I was suffering from TMJ and locked jaw for 4 months and couldn’t eat without cutting things up. Highly recommend to anyone with TMJ issues!

After years of suffering with TMJ and going unsuccessfully treated, I thankfully found Jane at 19th street physio. I am thrilled with the treatments I received from Jane, and have not only regained my range of motion, but my jaw pain is gone. I simply must tell everyone I meet about the great ease of pain I've found since meeting Jane, and beginning treatments, and encourage others to visit and see for themselves. I have also since returned to see Jane for assistance with another injury, and continue to be impressed by her talent and different treatment styles. Most recently we've begun Cranial sacral therapy, which has greatly transformed my life and pain has significantly decreased my pain. All around 5+ stars!

I went to see Jane for a demonstration of craniosacral therapy but, on discovering that I had a chronic issue with a semi frozen shoulder, she decided to work on that instead. After the very first session I noticed a considerable improvement in the mobility of my shoulder and now, a few sessions later, movement is entirely restored. Jane works on the patient for the whole of the session, unlike other physiotherapists who often leave you alone for long periods of time. Jane's treatment is entirely hands on and her advice for stretching between sessions is invaluable. I had given up on ever finding a remedy for my shoulder pain so I am delighted to find that the pain has now gone and the movement is restored. I would highly recommend anyone to use Jane's services. She is a wonderful professional and really delivers results.
