Sprained my ankle last year and was warned by everyone it would never be the same. Thanks to all the therapy, strengthening and exercises I received from them, I can say my ankle feels good as new. The treatment I receive here is the most comprehensive I’ve ever experienced. The location is convenient and the staff are all friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone!

I was amazed with Shahlas’ enthusiasm and expertise in designing a special treatment consisted of massage therapy, physiotherapy and acupuncture specifically for me. Each time I got excellent service and flexibility with my appointments. Although, I had a little hope with my recovery, Shahla has continuously provided me with exceptional treatment, resulting in speedy recoveries. I paid for one hour fee but it only gave me half an hour treatment. I asked that's it? She said yes....That is how 'PROFESSIONAL' works. The Asian lady treats you very well, but never find the doctor for your treatment. Ntot worth

I have had almost 10 sessions of physiotherapy here. I don’t recommend them at all. I regret I ignored the negative comments on google. To be fair, I believe Dr Shahla was good with diagnosis of my issue, but I haven’t received good service. All they care is about money. They make you come for treatment until you spend the last dollars of your insurance coverage. They don’t have a plan for your treatment, I have asked it several times but didn’t get a respond. To make it clear, they charge you for an hour treatment no matter how long they serve you. Almost all sessions I had, I was charged for $100 (an hour), whereas I was served only for 30-45 minutes, or even sometime less! Bad experience for me!

So let me start off saying ALL PHYSIOTHERAPY PLACES are not created equal. And while Im still in therapy I am not fully rehabbed yet but feel the need to post this after 10+ visits and leaving the last star for good luck as time passes on. As a former National team athlete and having competed in extreme sports lets just say injury comes with this territory. And my injuries have become chronic life long ailments so when I do feel better from Physio nothing else point to a stronger recommendation then Unique. They personify the cliche "No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care" I can't say enough great things about the staff here. Doltse just about needs physio after the amount of dedicated personal effort and care she has provided. This is small clinic not a farm so the focus is on healing care and prevention. My only complaint is I wish I had found them sooner. You won't be disappointed here. Good people with a fine facility.

I had unbearable pain and had used many strong painkiller medications (narcotics). Mrs. Shahla’s professional knowledge is incredible to find out my problem and make a good care plan for treating the issues, also her excellent technique help me a lot in reducing my pain, gaining my health and feeling refreshed. It took them about 2months for a pair of orthopaedic insoles, I had to call and follow up. Also, as soon as they cash you out, you don’t even get a goodbye. Also, grow up and call me directly. Calling my family members, seriously?!
