Hello,
My name is Vanessa Leao and I want to register through this email my complaint of the worst experience that I have had with a clinic before.
First, only had one appointment, in the summer last year. Tried to get my second appointment, the male receptionist said that he was going to confirm
the availability of the physician, which i didnt get. Got a not friendly call saying that I was going to be charged for an appointment that I wasnt aware of, got also not friendly at all
response saying that we dont call, we send email, and I've confirm and gave many times my email and never this whole time have I received an email from you guys.
So last month, december, holiday season, I received a call saying that my insurance made a mistake, which I honestly doubt it it was from my insurance company side,
and I needed to pay for my first and only appointment. I wasn't at home, asked to call back, to give my credit card information, which I did. I called back on december 23th at 5:34pm, which I know because its the same number. The woman that pick simply said, laughing, mocking, that there was no male receptionist at the clinic. I didnt wasted my breath to be honest, I'm a very busy person,
in the middle of the holiday season, preparing myself for my surgery.
To complete with a even worst situation, I've received a call from the same not existent male receptionist, not friendly, not trying to understand or doing it minimum of customer service, demanded my credit card information, and I did my best, I'm not in the condition of speaking and questioning due my last week, 7 days, of my throat cirurgy which I can't use my voice for nothing. I requested an email, gave my email again, just to at the minimum clarify that I did called back to pay the fee and I'm not denying to do so, and it's not my fault that you guys can't or don't want to act in a profissional manner. Even so the male receptionist told me I was going to receive an email, I still didn't receive it.
I'm going to contact my insurance company when I recover my voice, and I demand to not receive any harrasing calls from your company. It's the minimum your company could do after all the disrepect you guys have done towards me.
