I've been to this location many times, and tried many different therapists. Most of them are fairly good, but one in particular that always stood out for me is Nima!! He's absolutely amazing and he always leaves me feeling great and relaxed. Always in a great mood and incredibly nice. I highly recommend choosing him!

There are many therapists at the clinic with many different styles of massage - be aware of that when you book. This does allow you the opportunity to choose from different styles though, and often to book a massage at the last minute.

Very sanitary conditions make you feel comfortable. The decor in the waiting area is quite nice so it doesn't feel clinical. Massage rooms are spacious enough that you don't feel claustrophobic. Pricing is good value.

I am so sad that its come to this. I sit at 2:45 pm in the waiting room - that is the time I should be naked and massaged. I get in the room and massage starts at 2:55 pm...It ends, and when I pay they say, cash only for tips ..huh.I have been coming here for years, Since when, even a notice on the desk before you book or pay would work.NO TIP- I have no cash. then i ask for the receipt and see 75 min charge and I laugh because I left at 4:05..that is 70 min. when i say something the masseuse says BUT I went over 4 pm by 5 min for you. You still short 5 min. Masseuse need to take a simple math class. The owners needs to allow tips electronically or you will lose staff...and me.

I wish there is less than one star to rate this location. I had the worse experience ever, the room is so dirty and smells terrible, the manager is unfriendly and I believe she doesn't know how to smile. 25 minutes assessment and I paid for one hour massage. Please do not waste your money. Don't go there. ????‍♂️????

I just got back from my first visit with Mona. She is very good and attentive. Lots of questions to fully understand what my challenges are so that she can focus accordingly on giving me the correct type of massage. I was able to book an appointment on same day as I was very flexible. They have all the correct protocols in place and then some for Covid conditions. I felt very safe!

We had a great experience, both me and my husband. I fell asleep during the massage, it's how relaxing that is. Look for Shayla when you book a massage, she is good and she tells you stretches you can do at home or at work to keep your muscles flexible and relaxed.

Worst service ever! Booked a massage for my boyfriend's birthday. 1 day before his birthday someone called and said they have more availability so we rescheduled from 12pm to 2pm. On the day of the appointment someone else called and said no one ever changed the time of the appointment and that we cannot reschedule. Thanks for ruining this for me! Not coming back ever!

I liked the reception area on how it was really well lit, the decor and my massage therapist katrina was very thorough, nice and friendly. The receptionist was nice but she didn't say to me that they don't deal with the insurance company directly. It wold be nice to be told that at the very least. I always pay for my massages but most massage places will ask you if you want a receipt for insurance purposes or if you have insurance they will send it for you.

2019 Recommend Ms. Erika Salada. Do not recommend Ms. Hui Li. 96.00 + HST for 1 hour of massage. 2018 No WiFi. Can't call in the waiting area. Massage was great.

Customer service was very disappointing, as I had filled out their online form to book a massage and they had not answered. I waited another week and tried booking again online, and again never heard from them. After 2 weeks of no response I called to book an appointment, and they rushed me off the phone saying their "servers needed updating" and to call back later in the week. Sutherland-Chan is not worth the time and effort to book a massage, and there are many other great RMTs in the are who will treat you better.

I visited the King Street location. The massage therapist spoke the whole time during the massage asking questions about me and my medical history and life style. I believe some of these questions are relevant however one is to fill out a form ahead of time if any medical conditions exist but when one is having a relaxing therapeutic massage want to relax and not be answering questions that are spoken in broken English so hard to understand (not that I have anything against foreigners) that ruined the whole relaxing experience. I was there 15 min ahead of time to accommodate any form filling, the RMT took me in the room later than my scheduled time but somehow ended it in time making my massage shorter than I had scheduled it. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone I know.
