Pascal supported me through the discomfort and pain of a triad knee injury. He gave me specific movement modifications and exercises which ended up saving me from an ACL surgery. He takes his time with his assessments and addresses my concerns. I am now back to running ultra distances, biking and skiing. I highly recommend him!

Pascal saw my elderly father( 88 years old) for several sessions and the difference he made was amazing. The most important change was that he gave him the confidence to strengthen. Although my Dad is still on a very slow improvement path with his mobility path, he was boosted tremendously by sessions with Pascal.

Stay Home Dad of 3 becomes Stay in Bed Dad After being hospitalized due to an aggravated back injury I was forced to look outside the box for a physiotherapist. I needed one that made house calls because I could not sit, stand or walk. The diagnosis from the hospital had said as I understood it that I had two bulging disks that were pressuring my sciatic nerve amongst other things and this was what was causing the extreme pain. I came across Pascal’s website and phoned him on Thursday he was able to come Friday afternoon and check me over, listen to what I had to say about the pain how it came about, he read the hospital’s attending doctor’s diagnosis and then he gave me suggestions for light exercises and stretches and recommended I get into visit my GP once I was able to sit. I took his advice and the GP agreed with Pascal’s and the hospital’s attending Doctor’s diagnoses. It’s been nine days and I believe that I can actually sit down now with very little discomfort I can walk, I can stand, and I can go up and down stairs. I would say I’m 50% better. The main assistance that I would say Pascal did for me was he gave me hope, hope that I would get past this pain and be able, with proper rest and then exercise: to stand; walk; sit; and most importantly take care of my 3 little children again. Thank you Pascal. Regards, Ken

We are so pleased to see the mobility improvement of our 94 year old mother after working with Pascal. She had a fall and her mobility was seriously compromised. Pascal was able to assist in her recuperation as well as teach her safer ways to maneuver with her walker and transfer in and out of chairs. He is very patient and knowledgeable developing challenging but achievable goals. He is very courteous, thorough and clear with his plan as we work to have her live as independently as possible and we would highly recommend him.

Pascal has been working with my husband, who had a brain injury last year, and has made a significant difference in his recovery by creating a program suited to his specific needs. Pascal has shown patience and persistence in getting my husband to stick with the program and has encouraged him along the way. My husband could not have done it without Pascal’s help.

Pascal was excellent to work with. He asked a ton of great questions about my injuries and my expectations. I was very impressed by his communication skills and how well he heard me. He did a very thorough evaluation of my injuries and provided me with a 12 week program. 6 weeks in and already I am able to run without knee pain. Ran 25km the other day and no pain. This is huge for me as I have run ultra races for the past 10+years. I thought potentially I might not be able to continue doing long running races. After the 12 weeks I will continue to do the exercises as I believe it will help me to maintain an injury free life.

Could not have found a better physiotherapist. Extremely professional and always keeping the appointments on time. Pascal guided me through my exercises and gave me a lot of confidence. In a short time I was able to walk up and down the stairs in my house and go for long walks outside. My knee also bends nicely. I can highly recommend Pascal.
