I can't believe a place like this closes at noon for lunch. A gov offered program that u can't get into if u have a nine to five job. It's absolutely rediculous and someone needs to change it. . It is impossible to keep a full time job and be in this program. Just another way to give more people an excuse to be on welfare .....

I'm a pain patient. It's awful going to this place but my Dr. Works out of there. The staff are nice but they're wayyyyyy overworked and underpaid.i feel bad for them on the front lines most of all. They try their best but it's hard to get it all done. They take abuse alot I've even gone in complaining but they always work it out. Bless them they're good people.

I really like the staff. They're always pleasant with me. They're understanding of my needs and super helpful. I also have liked the doctors I've seen. The only thing I would complain about is the observation window on the bathroom wall. The blind is broken allowing a clear visual for anyone in the hallway. There's been a few times now where some random male patient is allotted entry into the hallway while I'm in the bathroom peeing into the cup. That I do not like at all. Either the bind needs to be fixed or they need to only let in one person at a time. Blinds for a small window like that are fairly inexpensive. Other than that I've never had an issue at this clinic and I've been going there for 7 years.

Not anof staff work there great employees but they can't meet all your perception needs because they won't hire anyone to do test shots or anything they have a clinic on main I hear is better

Why don’t you have email so individuals can get information on appointments and such as the office staff are to busy to answer the phone. Bad. Enough they deal with a lot of ignorant people who think that they should not have lunch as they close office but they should have someone to cover the office at lunch time just like Ontario government for Ontario health cards and licenses to

All the nurses that work there truly do care about us. But one older lady that isnt a nurse she's been a grump since I've been going there bug everyone else that works there is amazijg:)

BIG TIME CIRCUS ???? How is it that the staff at this place refuse to answer they’re phone I have been in the lobby and it’s a big social gossip party behind the desk, my wife has tried multiple times to call and contact anyone and the calls are left to voicemail everytime IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO STAY OFF THE STREETS AND OFF STREET DRUGS MABYE HIRE SOME STAFF THAT GIVE TWO HOOTS ABOUT DOING THEYRE JOB !!!! ????
