I have been going to MCI Physiotherapy Clinic at the RBC Building at Front & Bay Streets, Toronto, for quite sometime and I have nothing but thanks, compliments, and praises for the wonderful service and attention I regularly receive starting from the Reception Desk with Karr and how she carefully and efficiently handles my ongoing and future appointments. But most importantly, I am very thankful and appreciative of Carson Wong, my Physio Therapist who I regularly see for treatment at that branch. He has done such a wonderful, and an effective plan to treat and rehabilitate me from what has been ailing me as a result of a car accident I had several months ago with some continuing issues to date. I suffered for 3-4months of pain that it indeed affected my work and everyday life coz of Tennis Elbow. I feel like my dominant arm was paralyzed as I can’t grab anything, my grip was too weak. As a mother of 3 little kids, it’s so frustrating that my household work has been limited and have to tolerate the pain while carrying or breastfeeding my baby. Until I went to see Raymond (Physiotherapist) here at MCI and did the Physio 2x a week. I started to feel that my arm/ elbow is getting better or stronger every after each visit. It was just like a magic, I am back now to my normal life. Thanks to this great team!
