First of all, I have nothing but positive comments to say. The warm welcome and courteous attitude of the front line patient care in the person of the Clinic Manager (Ms. Khar) makes me walk away feeling great every time I have an appointment with the chiropractor. Khar never fails to take the time communicating with patients, showing genuine concern and directing the necessary. To be honest, I was initially hesitant to see a chiropractor and following her suggestion to try one was indeed a hard headed challenge. It only took a couple of visits with Dr. Uravi Shah that I felt a bond with her, so much so that when I left the clinic, I fully understood what’s going on. For a very young, skilled practitioner she’s consistently very compassionate with my situation, listens to my needs and offers different treatment options. Been under her care for the last couple of months and can't see myself looking for another chiropractor or clinic. Needless to say, in no time my perception of chiropractic treatment has completely changed! Having said that, I would not hesitate to recommend to anybody needing Dr. Shah’s line of expertise at the MCI Physiotherapy Clinic. Thank you

I've been seeing Dr. Stephanie Kim for approximately 3 months, and she has significantly improved the tightness in my back, as well as loosened my hip. She's incredibly personable (making appointments even fun), warm and full of knowledge which she's more than eager to share. I usually get Khar at the Physiotherapy front desk and she's a joy! She knows the ins and outs out of all insurance and always greets everyone with enthusiasm and kindness. As well, the office typically calls a day before to remind you of an appointment... this has been a great help! If you have difficult finding the office, just look up the Red Lobster... and then go down the escalators right before it, and when you reach the bottom, behind the escalators is the office. Walk past the windowed desk, and the desk after it is where you would check in.

Had a really great rehabilitation experience with the Physiotherapist (Victoria) at this clinic. My wrist injury was quite bad and over the span of 2.5 months, I went through the rings with the staff to get to full usage of my wrist again. Victoria was great at requesting specific feedback on how the exercises I was doing and helped to modify exercises that were not working. Each week I felt stronger and stronger and it feels great to be completely back to 100%. A combination of heat and electrotherapy helped as well. I would recommend this clinic to friends and family. They are great at scheduling and adjusting appointment times to match my schedule. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend MCI Physio at Atrium. All staff were so nice and accomodating, I got my booking right away, I saw Swati, Physiotherapist and a Pelvic health specialist as well. My issue was relieved right away after my appointment. Very knowledgeable and made me comfortable throughout my treatment. I'm so glad. Thank you.

They have physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture and orthotic services. There are 3 physiotherapists who share clients and 2 chiropractors who share clients. There is one big room and 2 small private rooms (and another small private room for chiro). I've been for many appointments for physio (with Victoria) and chiro (with Dr. Shah). They are both excellent. They all do acupuncture but Dr. Shah has the most experience with it. She even introduced the concept of dry needling to me that cured (80%) a lateral whiplash pain I've had since 1990 to 2019! They have 30 mins for $70 (recently increased from $65), 45 mins for $95, and 60 mins for $120. Orthotics are $500 everything included. And of course they take insurance claims. There is no free WiFi.

Victoria, Khar, Rosanna and everyone else are super friendly and helpful. I've had great care and attention and have seen a marked improvement in my condition. Also a very convenient downtown location if you work around Yonge-Dundas. Recommended.

My left arm was injured by doing yoga and I hoped it would be healed over time but there is no improvement for over a few months. Finally I decided to try physiotherapy. By luck I got Swati Pandey as my physiotherapist. She is young but very experienced. She quickly identified my problem and “fixed” it for me. I highly recommend Swati Pandey and MCI Physiotherapy.

She walked me through all the necessary steps and I feel confident my arm will be back to 100% in no time. Swati and Khar worked very well together and I got excellent treatment. I highly recommend her. I also met with Dr. Shah to discuss treatment for my neck. She is very knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend her for any chiro needs.

MCI clinic on Bay street is one of the best clinics I’ve ever been to. I visit this clinic for physiotherapy and chiropractor services although they also provide other services. You will be greeted by the very friendly, super amazing and accommodating clerk, Khar. They have the best physiotherapists (Swati, Joseph and Victoria). Best Chiropractor, Dr. Uravi Shah. I enjoy going in this clinic because they offer the best services. I highly recommend them. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was able to seek their advice on compression and orthotics and they helped me through the whole process when dealing with insurance. I have also been visiting them regularly for physio work on my shoulder. Good treatment in the clinic and ongoing exercise work to focus on. I would strongly recommend.

I went to Dr. Kim with chronic back pain. Although I had been to a few chiropractors before she was the first one to diagnose that I had scoliosis. After going to her regularly for a few months, I no longer have lower back pain or tension headaches. Amazing chiropractor, very thorough in her treatment and diagnosis. She is also very knowledgeable and genuinely kind. The clinic manager, Khar, is very helpful and friendly. Overall great experience at this clinic.
