I had had flare ups of terrible upper back pain for 9 months due to a gym injury when I saw Seamus. I was actually crying in pain in my appointment, I had to leave work early it was so bad. He determined what the problem was, explained it to me well, gave me exercises to do, and 2 weeks later the pain was gone. I have had no flare ups since (about a year now).
