When I was first referred to physio all the staff were friendly, supportive and have patience. I was very pleased with the detailed information they provided and detailed assessments. They were understanding of my needs and was able to know what my body was capable of and what it wasn't. During my recovery I experienced emotional times and not seeing progress. I was constantly reassured and reminded of my progress. When I had difficulties, my therapist knew when not to progress me to the next stage. When I'm done my therapy, my exit is seamless. Nicholas, chiropractor/therapist, is welcoming and always remembers me by name, as well as remembers the reason form my visits. I went to Lifemark from June 2020 until November 2020 for physiotherapy due to 2 knee replacement surgeries. I can't say enough about how well I was treated and helped through these tough times. Not only did I not have to travel to Sudbury but the help I received was absolutely the best. The treatments I received were very beneficial and the exercises were explained to me clearly and I was showed how to do them properly. The support and encouragement was great. I would recommend their services to everyone.
