I was in a serious motorcycle accident in Aug 2016. I broke my back, neck, ribs, knee, tibia, fibula, ankle, and also dislocated my shoulder, among other injuries. My insurance company recommended Lifework North Bramalea for my physiotherapy. Before this happened, I had never broken a bone in my body and had very little knowledge of what physio/massage and acupuncture was all about. I was fortunate to come to this fantastic place! Right from the first day, I was so impressed and thankful for the amazing staff there. They are ALL so knowledgeable, caring and helpful. They all get along like best friends so the environment is one of healing, positivity and teamwork. They all help each other and spell each other off like a finely tuned machine. Jillian at the front desk is the world's most amazing receptionist/office manager. She is a master scheduler, very organized, efficient, very friendly, positive, and doesn't miss a thing. She is a fountain of knowledge, as the whole team is. Jessica is another gem among the jewels there, doing front desk work as well as being a physio assistant. Deb, Claire and Shawn are an amazing team that exude confidence, friendliness and expertise. I learn so much just listening to them work with other patients. They all love their jobs and love to help people. Its wonderfully obvious. Vandana has been my main physiotherapist for the past 8 months and was truly a miracle to find. She is calm, organized, very knowledgeable, and able to care for many patients at once without missing a beat. Vandana is also an expert at acupuncture and mind-body awareness. She has helped me with learning to meditate, and has also been somewhat of a counsellor during the many, many phases of healing and adjusting over the past many months. I call her "Yoda" at times because of her calm wisdom that she very humbly offers when I persist in asking for advice! She has also been a mentor for me regarding mindfulness, non-judgement, acceptance and surrender. Without getting too detailed here, she is very knowledgeable about the many ways to heal and the stages of healing. I can't say enough about her. Vandana, along with Deb, Claire and Shawn-and the rest of the team- is always finding new ways to help the patient and always at the perfect pace. The staff will modify exercises when necessary, demonstrate proper form without hesitation, educate clearly about the equipment, and work seamlessly together to ensure that every patient is well looked after. The team of RMTs are also fantastic. Crystal, Nkosi, Ana, Latha, Annette are all equally amazing, yet so different. They all have the perfect combination of professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. This is a priceless team of RMT excellence. ....ok, so you may be wondering, how could it ALL be so positive?? Well, it can, because of the people! However, just a few things about the place itself....the stationary bike needs replacing, the hand pedal does as well, (not sure if that is the right name for it) and the facility is on the small side....and parking can be a real challenge during the morning.... If Lifemark were to expand the facility, get a few new pieces of equipment, they would be Brampton's physiotherapy diamond. These are the only things I can think of that could be improved. Really...and I have spend many. many hours there. As my healing has improved over the past eight months, I have been able to modify my exercises, see the approach by the staff change and evolve with my progress, and learn so much about myself in the process. Everyone at Lifemark North Bramalea is truly amazing. I have been so fortunate that my first experience with physiotherapy has been such a positive experience. The people here make it a fantastic place of healing. Thank you!

I came into the clinic experiencing severe back pain and sciatica. The pain was unbearable and sleep was virtually impossible. Shawn Williams, my Physiotherapist, started a treatment called "Dry Needling." Almost instantly, the pain receded and I was able to finally get a good night's sleep after weeks of suffering. I would highly recommend this Physiotherapist and this Clinic to anyone who is enduring this kind of pain. The entire Team is exceptional and I am thankful for the care they have provided to me in my time of need.

This place was awesome! The doctor was knowledgable and helped me understand what was going on with my back. The exercises and treatment he gave me helped to make the pain go down and bearable. I understood that it will take more time to heal further but continuing the exercises and being wary of what I do in terms with my back will help it heal. Furthermore, treatment appointments were always on time. I never had to wait more than 2 min. Even being attended to earlier when I arrive early. The staff are friendly, attentive and informative. Thank you for your service. My first time coming to a physiotherapist has been a great experience. Apparently pregnancy often brings on pelvic pain... when I started to struggle with the pain as I tried to sleep and walk, I found out about Pelvic Physiotherapy and how it could help relieve the pain. Even though I started going to Lifemark Physiotherapy North Bramalea because close to work and one of a handful of locations that had a pelvic health therapist, I feel extremely lucky to be treated by Deb! She explains what treatment options there are, her recommendations and why and always checks multiple times throughout the session to make sure I’m comfortable with the treatment, exercises etc. She listens to all of my concerns, asks me if I have questions, answers all of my questions and never rushes me. And, most importantly, Deb helps with the pain!!! Thank you so much! Also - Likemark does direct billing to my insurance, which is super useful :)

I had made an appointment for my elderly mom twice via their call centre. Both times they messed up my appointment, such that they confirmed the appointment over the phone, but when I went there, they couldn’t found my appointment. That is why I didn’t give it five stars. The reason I gave it four stars are because of Fatima at the reception. She saw how frustrated we were and went out of her way to find us an appointment that very day. She has a very friendly disposition and is extremely pleasant to deal with. Also, Hamid is great at what he does. My mom is feeling better and is very impressed with both the physiotherapists who are helping her. Once the initial issue was taken care of by Fatima, the overall experience has been really good.

If you are looking for a physio clinic this is a great location. The staff are helpful, kind and punctual. My therapist is attentive and really targets my personal health issues. Rebuilding my strength has been a challenging process that I have to work on daily but the team here has given me both the mental and physical tools to combat my daily struggle. I love that with each new challenge that arises in my condition I am given targeted plan to help to achieve success in my recovery. They have been able to combine physical, mental/emotional and nutritional training into my program and it has benefited me greatly. As someone who has worked in Healthcare for the past 16 years of my life I can tell they are a genuinely great clinic, the people really do care about my health and I highly recommend the services at this location. Please do not hesitate in contacting this clinic, get better control of your health and recovery now. My only regret is that I didn't have them a year ago because who knows where I could have been today.

The clinic has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All of the front desk staff are so kind. The PTs are all very knowledgeable and provide incredible insight, as well as very friendly and only want the best for you as you are getting treated. All of the RMTs are great with making sure you're comfortable at all times during the treatment, have great pressure gauge and always have you leaving feeling better than you walked in. I had visited Evans Physiotherapy-pt Health in October 2019 to treat my sciatica pain. It was an excellent job and had my pain gone. I visited again in February 2021 to treat my finger and back osteoarthritis. Hamid Sadeghian- the Physiotherapist took good care of me and put good efforts to treat my pain. The exercises he taught me for my fingers and back helped me to relieve my pains within a few days. I am so happy for his humble care and treatment. After an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair I had a lot of trepidation and fear walking again. Shawn is an amazing PT and is working with me to rebuild strength. He uses a combination of techniques and a variety of exercise and is always encouraging. Deb has taught me how important visualization, mirror therapy and self kindness are. 2 months ago I began treatment at Evans. At the times my Sciatica Pain was so severe that I attended my first two sessions using crutches. Thankfully, through the help of the attentive, kind and skilled staff members I am pain free today, and my symptoms are very slight and hardly noticeable. What unbelievable service. With the on going COVID-19 situation Lifemark Physiotherapy North Bramalea has been there for me. As a clinic they have gone the extra mile to still assess and treat me virtually. Once a week Deborah meets with me to see how I am. From there the clinic and Deborah set me up with the tools, equipment, and exercises that I need. I know for some not having person to person treatment might be different. However the virtual treatment still allows the staff to understand and work with you on any issues. This service is amazing and I wish was possible for everyone. The clinic could have closed, and left me high and dry. Especially when I was a new client. Instead they are now working with me to get me on the right track to be health and back to my original self. I would 100% recommend Lifemark Physiotherapy North Bramalea.

Been going to this clinic after my car accident and all of the staff there are very helpful , pleasant and knowledge. Aiden helped me get back to driving without having any fears. Vandana was helping me with physical therapy which I was feeling so much better until the Covid -19 . Then Covid-19 happen and without my therapy I started to get pain and different issues so I was approach by them to do virtual which I was very skeptic . But have to say I have been doing virtual for 3 weeks with Deborah and she really help me and my pain was extreme and now doing better than I have been so virtual do work! So my final word is does not matter who you see in the office or virtual their main goal is to help people get better and by working as a great team that is why I recommend them !!

Overall experience is good I had right leg tibia and fibula fracture I went to this clinic via OHIP covered program and after reading review I booked my initial appointment and Dr Hamid assessed my condition and gave around 7 appointments. He is very knowledgeable Physio had my movements back to almost 80 percent Dr sadaman another Physio was also good in providing his service. Lady who booked my appointments was flexible to provide me best timings of my appointments as per my need Reason I gave 3 rating is when I went to orthopedist surgeon at brampton civic hospital for my appointments when I finished my Physiotherapy sessions, there was another Physio at hospital who examined me and told there are more number of sessions required to strech my ankle and calf so she referred my to hospital Physio sessions and after that I have more flexible movements of my ankle and calf. So I feel I should have received additional sessions at Evans Physio to get more recovery but that was denied by Dr Hamid and he told I don’t need anymore sessions

I have been helped by Deborah and Shawn Williams and their assistants over the years and have never had a complaint, as a matter of fact I feel like a well cared for family member. I will be moving shortly, probably an hour away but will continue to attend this clinic as I can’t see myself going to any other place and feeling as comfortable and confident as I do here. I had attended 2 other physiotherapy clinics prior to coming here and they were not comparable to this clinic. From reception when entering to completing my sessions it’s all about me and coming from a customer service background it couldn’t be any better.

I didn't feel that this place truly takes the time to help their patients. I went there a total of 2 times. The first time there I met with a physiotherapists and discussed my issues and the recovery plan followed by a 20 min treatment. I was given a printout of different exercises to do at home without any guidance on how to perform them. My second visit there I was given a 20 minutes treatment without anything else. I didn't see a physiotherapist or even get a chance to discuss with anybody how i was managing with the exercises. I was very disappointed with this place.

The Physiotherapist Deborah at this location had not been hands on at all during my treatment period. When I would arrive, I was instructed to complete a set of exercises and provided with pictures and sheets of paper demonstrating how to do the exercises and how often in a day. I never improved with my visits here and would not recommend this location at all. I had inquired about a chiropractor, whether treatment would help or not, and was informed that I could seek out one if I like, the answer I was looking for was whether or not if their expertise would help with my treatment but I got an answer that was very vague. I could not understand what role Debbie had played in my treatment other than providing me with homework to complete until my next visit, I was disappointed with their treatment style as it never helped nor improved my situation. I understand that patients need to get moving on their own, but I believe in manual work as well so you can penetrate the deep muscles and tissues to aid with recovery. I failed to understand their treatment plan and trusted them with my time and funds provided which unfortunately have gone to waste and recouped as a learning lesson. Please check out the Lifemark location on Hurontario and Fisherman, their Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, and Massage Therapist are one of the best teams I have ever seen. The location is much more spacious and their team is like no other I have ever seen. I deeply feel that this location failed to help me recover, please do not spend your money here without visiting the Hurontario and Fisherman location as the losses that I accrued with this locations treatment plan was quite severe.

These people are wonderful. Plain and simple, they are compassionate, empathetic professionals who do their jobs so very well. I am recovering from surgery and as well attempting to achieve a measure of wellness to combat many years of chronic pain. Vandana, Debbie, and the team are teaching me a mindfulness approach to movement which I hope will prevent me reinjuring myself as I increase my strength and resilience going forward. I have also received therapeutic massages from three different RMTs: all were wonderful. In addition to physio and massages, a number of classes are available. I am currently attending a meditation and movement class with Doris. This is a gentle introduction to the concepts of yoga--movement, breathing, and mindfulness. It is the absolute high point of my week. I have only attended 2 classes thus far, but I know I left the very first class feeling energized and lighter in spirit than I have in many years. Jillian and the administrative team are handling the insurance billing, effectively freeing me from that headache and allowing me to focus on getting better. For that, I am very grateful. I highly recommend this Lifemark clinic.

I have been going to this office for about 2 years now and can’t say enough great things about all of the staff in there . Before coming to this office I had been to several other physiotherapists, 2 neurologists and my family doctor who all basically told me there was nothing they could do for me and that I was either dehydrated or I was basically crazy. I came to this office as a last resort and it was the best decision I ever made. I currently am seeing Deb and she is absolutely amazing. She will not give up until she finds the issue. I went from having a headache every single day of my life basically barely even functioning to absolutely none thanks to her. I have also seen Shawn in the past and he is amazing as well. The girls at the front are also super friendly and very accommodating !

Well Very disappointed.I went to this place because it was close to my home and in the winter The weather is unpredictable. And happy to hear that they took OHIP After waiting a month to get in I met with the therapist went over everything with me. Explain to him I’ve had back surgery I have been in a brace for five months and etc. So I was told to come twice a week to my surprise and apparently they don’t even go over the exercises with me they just told me what to do on the first day. So twice a week was to put on electric Dr. OH patch after 15 minutes with the patch on I went home and I did that for a month twice a week no difference in my Health ..So after the month the therapist called me in to tell me that I was done. I could not believe I was done I was in shock and he said there is nothing more we can do for you go back to your doctor. Well to my surprise if you have private insurance you will get a better treatment then if you go with the OHIP I guess money buys you different treatment because when I left he asked me if I had insurance and I told him I don’t know. So this was a waste of my time and set me back two months in my health treatment. So I had to go out find another place and start my therapy all over again and of course I’m paying for it and I’m getting better treatment. This place I’m going to actually massage my incision on my back works with me on my exercises treadmill bicycle. I think when you sign up for therapy regardless if you’re paying for it or not the therapy should be the same thing getting the patient better helping the patient and this is not what I had got done at this PHYSIOTHERAPY place would not recommend it unless you want to waste your time.

This is the first time that I used this clinic. Had a severe bout of. Sciatica. I have been really taken aback with the exceptional and courteous service I received. I have no words to express the compassion, the care and the honesty with which physiotherapist Hamid Sadeghian treated me.NEVER received such caring Physiotherapy treatment in all these years! Even on the “exit” appointment, I was given full treatment! That has never been the case elsewhere. And for the record, I do not have private Insurance. Fatima is so courteous & organized. I inadvertently missed an appointment; nevertheless, she was very understanding! A BIG thanks..

I've been to this clinic 4 times over the last 20 years for various injuries, so it about time I recognize the great work they've done for me over the years. One of the times, I went to this clinic with a severe case of plantars faciitis. It was so severe and painful that I thought I would be walking on my toe, never letting my heal touch the ground, for the rest of my life. After some intense therapy at this clinic, I walked out with near 100% mobility. I have been there with shoulder injuries and lower back injuries and have always been treated by Vandana or Deborah and always felt I had the best treatment available. Luckily, they are located close to my home but I would still come here because I know it the best place total recovery from injuries.
