Having worked with HealthStrong as an Occupational Therapist for 2.5 years, I have found the experience to be fantastic. I found coming in as a new graduate, I was supported, educated and up skilled by the company more than I could have expected. I have been provided the opportunity to travel to regional areas, learn essential skills from experienced Allied Health Professionals and work with friendly staff and leadership teams. The way they have run the business during the pandemic has made me feel secure in my job and without worry during a worrying financial time. Becoming an employee with HealthStrong is an amazing opportunity for any Allied Health Professional who wishes to further their career and work with and in a friendly, supportive environment. Clientele can expect high level care from HealthStrong’s prompt and knowledgeable staff.

I have worked for Healthstrong for a little over a year now. As an overseas trained OT I have received the upmost support and guidance with my first OT job in Australia. The team I work with are superb and as a senior I have been given opportunities I never would have had at home. The upper management team continue to advocate for every member of the team and hard work is frequently recognised and rewarded. I have loved working with Healthstrong so far and watching the company grow, opening up further opportunities.
