PLEASE READ Attention new employees , sponsors , families etc . My experience at Community Living North Bay has been a major eye opener ( 4 years as an employee , I quit due to the behaviour shown especially by the HR manager ) . The level of deception ,corruption , targeting that I have been put through and many other is truly sickening . Between the HR manager and the Director whom I may add are super close friends they make a wonderful team to treat employees like absolute garbage . If you aren’t part of their click /group you can count on countless events of mistreatment , misinformation , breach of privacy and much much more . Targeting / Bullying in the work place should never exist nor be tolerated yet we find ourselves in 2021 with them being experts in that domain . There is also much more I wish I could talk about. Just ask around what people in North Bay think about community living North Bay .I have heard many people say they hear how poorly it is being organized and how staff are treated so poorly . But ask about agencies outside of North Bay and you only hear positive motivating stories or experiences . Community Living North Bay is currently in a major staffing crisis with a decent wage , wonder why ? No need to wonder anymore if you’re goal is to be treated as a number not a person,not respected , bullied , targeted , misinformed , have your privacy breached well Community Living North Bay is the place for you .
