Dear Owner, Before I start, please note this review is not by any means a complaint about you, your employee or your clinic. I hope this note will help the next patient to take an appointment from your clinic without any interruption in their Physios. I called this morning (June 08, 2018 )to make an appointment for my mother who has a knee replacement few days ago. A lady answered my call. I explained to her that my mother will have only 6 free home visit appointments from the hospital in the next two weeks and we have been advised by the hospital to look for a Physio clinic now as the physio clinics have about two weeks waiting period in order to prevent any interruption in my mother's Physio. The Manager told me to call when my mother's physio is over at home to make an appointment. She said she can give us an appointment about one to two weeks after my call. When I explained that it causes an interruption in the physio, she said she has been given enough exercise to do them at home while she is waiting. She said that it is the law. She is following the law,... and if the mother is the patient they can not speak to me. I am the care giver for my mother and she does not speak english. I asked to talk with the manager’s superior not to complain but to explain the situation. She said again that she is the manager. I left my name and phone # for a call back however she told me that they probably will not call me. I asked for the owner's name and phone # and was told that the phone # can not be provided. I always respect the law to the dot . However I do not think not being able to take an appointment now has anything to do with the Law! I called most of the clinics close to my place but they had a long waiting lists(mid July or beginning of September) At last i got the appointment with one of them for the time that i was looking for. I hope this note will help the next patient to take an appointment from your clinic without any interruption in their Physios. Thank you and have agreat day .

I visited the Bayview Rehabilitation Clinic a few weeks after I sprained my ankle and I could not be happier with the progress I have had after receiving treatment from Adam. He is very knowledgeable, giving me the appropriate exercises and treatment.

Gemma is a gem. This wonderful woman knows the exact exercises you need to do to get better. Recently I was there following a boating accident where I had trauma to my sciatica and leg with much difficulty walking. I'd been on bed rest already for two weeks and then it happened. I made appointments, really early at 7 a.m. I did timed exercises followed by ultrasound and TENs machine. Five appointments later I was fixed up and ready to boat again. I have seen Gemma many times for many different injuries over the years and my kids and spouse always ask for Gemma too. Gemma if you ever leave this place I am gonna track you down and come to your house for treatments. Gemma really deserves a gold medal.

Very disappointed about hearing from my family member about the harsh verbal communication received from Harold the owner a while ago while clarifying a feature/procedure of the treatment. This incident was witnessed by a cousin who also went there for treatment. This is among other stories and loud phone conversations I’ve personally overheard. Completely unprofessional.

i have only been 3 times so far but its been a far better experience than the other physiotherapy clinics i have gone to before. friendly staff from when you walk in until you leave. got an app for exercises to do at home as well. fixed 1 issue and my other issue is improving each day. highly recommended. plenty of free parking is a bonus too...

I am thankful for the treatment I received from Jemma at Bayview Rehabilitation. Just one visit yesterday, and I am able to stretch my hand to reach my back and the back pocket, where I was not able to do that for the past two months because of two partial tear on two tendons on my right shoulder. Jemma is caring, understanding, attentive and very patient and seek to understand my condition and the cause of my injury. I saw a great difference in the range of motion of my shoulder within an hour. The front desk staff, Cassandra, is very friendly and helpful and arranged for me to speak with Jemma in order that I can better understand who and what kind of physiotherapy treatment I would be receiving, before I decide to fix an appointment for the therapy. I am glad I did, and am grateful for having received excellent service from the staff and believe with subsequent visits, I will recover well and soon be restored to full range of motion of my injured shoulder.

My first physiotherapy experience !! BAD!! I found this place near my home so I went to see physiotherapist name Jemma. I was so disappointed. first, she has fake pointy Gel nails and sticking out about half inch from her finger tip. when she tried to press my shoulder she could barely flex her knuckles. She spent total of 2mins out of full 60min assessment pressing my shoulder and that too i was so annoyed by her sharp fake nails pocking my shoulder. when I filed paper work in the beginning, I had checked my mark on " No" to physio assistant treating me. Since I had to pay from my pocket, I had expected the treatment to be treated from physiotherapist ONLY NOT from any other person. But wasn't the case. then why even giving the option ??? however she was seeing 3 other patients while she was seeing me. she would tell me to do certain exercise and go away and then scream from the other side of large room ( you will be sharing open concept room with all other patients without any privacy and I was uncomfortable making my face look funny doing exercises ) to see if I am doing my exercise and apparently I was doing it wrong and I had no idea because she wasn't there to correct me. I have never seen her washing her hands after treating other patient from closed curtain bed, and she will come back to me and grab my chin move right and left. It is so disgusting thinking if she had grab someone's feet or butt before grabbing my face. where ever she is ,she doesnt stop chatting with other patient, their machines are dirty, looks like never been cleaned. This place is old and dirty . she never customize my treatment, instead she gave me a piece of paper to go do my homework which I already knew from my research. I work in the health care and infection control is very strict I am surprised they can do business this way and they are not shut down. I would not recommend this place.

I have been visiting Bayview Rehabilitation for years. The place is very clean and the staff is extremely professional, they listen, and take the time to explain everything to you.

I think that this place has Wonderful service and is beneficial to help you with problems you may have; however, I would strongly suggest improvement in the following areas I am about to mention. Personally, I think the amount of personnel reflects on the way this clinic works. For example, there is never an afternoon receptionist when you need it. I find this horrible. Whenever I come here, there is only one person who is doing it all. She is answering phone calls, helping patients, treating patients, and cleaning. I think that this clinic needs another receptionist who is willing to be there in the afternoon, and wants to be there. They also need a person willing to clean the place! Every time I go for my shoulder treatment, I see this person doing everything in the clinic. IT IS TOTALLY UNBALANCED! In the morning they need a physio-assistant. I both have experienced the morning and afternoon treatments. Whenever there is not a physio-assistant, the place is MESSY! It is truly filthy. Pleas take my review in consideration.

I’ve been having back pain on and off for years. A friend recommended Bayview Rehab so I thought why not give it a try. Since my first visit my back has been improving and pain is practically gone.
