When I threw out my back lifting a heavy air conditioner, I rushed in for a same day appointment (on a Saturday no less) because my back ceased up so bad I could barely walk. Despite it being a weekend and me coming in closer to closing time, they did not spare my care in the slightest. They spent 90+ minutes with me (yes it was that bad), and were extremely kind, respectful, and patient. I had already been happy with the service before, but on a very difficult day (both physically and emotionally) they really went the distance on trying to help me feel better. I can't thank them enough.So if you are looking for absolute top notch chiropractic care, definitely consider this clinic!

I've been coming here for almost two years for physiotherapy for various injuries. It is a phenomenal clinic! I've recently started cupping therapy. It's helped alleviate pain and has been great! I strongly recommend considering cupping!

Excellent service and amazing practitioners. I have been struggling with my shoulder pain for quite a while. I booked my appointment with them and starting from the very first visit they took really good care of me. They have a very holistic approach to treatment including laser therapy, shockwave therapy, cupping and much more. They have a whole team of practitioners including chiropractic, physiotherapy and much more so you will never have to go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

The Registered Massage Therapist there was out of this world! I highly reccomend Sayuri Takatsuki if you're looking for an RMT. She was extremely professional and accommodating to your requirements based on your daily routine. (As I have a desk job she focused mainly on my back and neck). Also, shout out to Nitika at reception, very fast and effective. All in all, highly recommend the place.

I came across Bay and College Physiotherapy through my university’s Student Care network website. I was easily able to book an appointment on Bay and College Physiotherapy website. They also have an appointment option specifically for the Student Care network clients which made my job easier as it took me less than 5 minutes took book a physiotherapist appointment. This was my first time ever getting physiotherapy done and it has been an amazing experience. Thank you Garima (physiotherapist) and all the administrators at Bay and College for their professional service. For those who are part of Student Care Network, I would highly highly recommend going to Bay and College as it is super easy to book an appointment and they provide an exceptional service. Bay and College also submitted my claims directly to the insurance provider which helps in saving a lot of time. 10/10 service Thank you Bay and College Physiotherapy!
