I've had the pleasure of being treated by Himani for the past 2 months. I've had quite a few past experiences with physio due to sports and work related injuries in the past, and all pale in comparison to the treatment I received here. Himani's knowledge and skillset are exceptional and exceeded my expectations. I found her hands on assessments and treatments valuable and she really is in tune with what she sees and feels. All my in-clinic and home exercises were appropriate and beneficial for each stage of healing I was in. Overall I have been incredibly satisfied with the treatment I've received and when people ask me how I healed so quickly I tell them it's because my physiotherapist is a wizard! For those of you who need injury treatement, go to Ability Physiotherapy. The very first time I went, I wasn't to sure of what the outcome would be, but now I can say that I was wrong. Deepak Guleria is by far one of the most hardworking, compassionate people I have ever met. The costumer service and staff make you want to refer the location to others as they are accomadating and always there to listen. Over the course of my treatement, I have improved and continue to do so. I have been receiving physiotherapy treatment for Plantar fasciitis which is an inflammation of the fibrous tissue (plantar fascia) along the bottom of your foot that connects your heel bone to your toes. This condition is common in runners and can cause intense heel pain and be difficult to respond to treatments. This was definitely my experience as I tried two other Physiotherapy Clinics in Calgary over the past year and the condition persisted. On the advice of a friend, who had a serious back condition that responded to physiotherapy by Himani Singh the Clinical Director, I decided to give Ability Physiotherapy a try. I have now been receiving Physiotherapy for five months with very impressive results. The difference from the other physio clinics essentially is the approach that Himani takes with her patients. She looks at the body from a holistic perspective and all connectivity points. She is extremely precise and professional in her diagnostics. Himani instructed me through a series of Yoga stretching and other movement exercises that isolated the plantar fascia and connecting ligaments and joints. These were assigned to me to perform regularly on a daily basis. My weekly physiotherapy at the clinic consisted of deep massages of the foot and leg along with acupuncture treatments expertly delivered. I have now resumed my daily walking and will soon resume a gradually progressive running schedule. I am very grateful to Himani and the staff at Ability Physiotherapy. The expertise and professionalism of this clinic is exceptional. It is my pleasure to recommend Ability Physiotherapy based on the exceptional results I received!

Deepak is one of the BEST physiotherapists in the city! He is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING. He always explains everything he does step-by-step. This makes it more comfortable to know what is going on, what he is working on, and the purpose of how he is treating you. If you don't understand, he takes time to explain it differently. His breakdown in explaining makes the environment more positive and allows me to feel safe to ask questions as he is very approachable. Deepak is compassionate and accommodating towards his patients needs. For example, he would ensure to not book me in when he has too many other patients, giving me a private room, as being around too many people has been tough due to my concussion symptoms. Deepak is very dedicated to his patients, and it is appreciated. ***Deepak has now moved to a clinic in Skyview Ranch.

Navjot usually booked all my appointments and special shout-out to her for always being so polite. Booking with her is extremely easy and they are always super flexible with my school schedule! A very big thanks to Sukhjinder as well. He's my physiotherapist and I honestly cant ask for more. He is always a delight and takes my health extremely seriously. Had a great experience with Deepak when he helped me with my pain issues. Whether it be shoulder pain, back pain or knee pain, Deepak offers compassionate advice and physical exercises and treatments to help with the pain. The clinic is also close to home so it's not a terrible drive to get there. The only con about the place is the parking is limited in the area, but that's beyond the clinic's control.

What can I say, Deepak Guleria works not just for the job title but for his patients satisfaction. Since my MVA in October, he has worked harder than ever to get my injuries fixed. Right off the bat, when you enter here you are greeted with smiles, kind customer service and professionalism. All the girls working at the front desk are an absolute pleasure to deal with! Flexible around my schedule for appointments and never disappoint me! When I first attended, I was in extreme pain and just starting. First two weeks were tough but I put my trust in my physiotherapist. After lots of pain and a month of physio, I feel GREAT and it is all thanks to my physiotherapist, Deepak! Just remember, no pain, no gain. This is a special shout-out to Deepak. This man knows what he is doing. It is evident that he loves his job and helps and works with his patients with their best health interests in mind. I have attended many many physio clinics before and was always disappointed with the lack of communication between the therapist and their clients. Deepak on the other hand was absolutely outstanding, clear communication, great plan and very transparent. Ability physio has my business not just for now, but for the future as well! I have been suffering from knee pain for so long and have been to Dr. After Dr. and they cannot tell me what the problem is. I started going to see Deepak at Ability and I can honestly say that my pain is nowhere near what it was before I started going there. We still don’t know what exactly is the cause of my knee pain, but Deepak takes his time to explain what it could be and he tries many methods of therapy to see what works and what doesn’t.
