I started going to Waterview Physio to get my elbow looked at. I already had used a physiotherapist before and although she was great, I wanted something closer. I looked on Google for a closer location and the decision to switch was an amazing one. Since the 1st day I came in to WP, they not only took care of me with great detail, but also with an amazing vibe. Amberly was very thorough in her initial assessment and pointed out, very early, what needed to be done to make my golfer’s elbow dissipate. The treatment was very efficient and all those who helped out (Olivia and Hailey as well) were very knowledgeable of each exercise and movement. The progress came quick. The worst part about the whole experience was when Amberly told me I was “good to go” and that my rehabilitation was achieved, I was going to miss that. That’s the kind of great atmosphere you can expect. With so many physiotherapists around, it can sometimes be hard to find one that is great and can be trusted. I will continue to go to Waterview Physio because they really take the time to make sure you are comfortable when you are getting worked on, and you leave every session more confident than when you walked in.

I started coming to waterview to see Amberly as directed by my orthopaedic surgeon. I had a hip surgery, and shortly after had a back surgery. I cannot say enough positive comments about this place. It’s brand new, the Physiotherapist and massage therapists are highly trained and have direct links to surgeons. They take the time to answer all your questions. They will send your exercise homework via email so you don’t forget your plan. The do lots of one on one therapy, so you really feel like they listen and know your needs. Just book here, you won’t regret. And they also direct bill to many benefit providers.

I was dealing with some lower back pain for the better part of a year and I finally decided to start physio a few weeks ago. I've been working with Haley and Nicole, and there has truly been a marked improvement. I attribute that not only to their expertise but also to the fact that they seem to have a genuine interest in helping people. Haley created a program for me to follow and it's proven effective as mentioned above. As always, be open with your provider when describing your specific issue and things will likely get better if you put in the work!

I had a car accident 6 years ago that left me with chronic neck pain. I had been to physio before but it never seemed to improve. I gave this place a try for one last shot at recovery. They are FANSTASTIC! For the first time in 6 years I am going day to day without pain or discomfort. Amberly and Josh are so friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They worked together as a team to help assess my issues and come up with a treatment plan that worked rather quickly. My 13 year old daughter was having back pain for almost a year. I had been taking her to massage therapy for half the year, and doing what I could at home to help her (massage, heat, ergonomic pillows, etc). I decided to try the chiropractor here, Rihanna. She was warm and welcoming, and clearly an expert in her field. She was able to leave my daughter pain free in a matter of weeks! I couldn't be happier with her bed side manner and level of care. All in all - anyone who is hesitating on trying this place, shouldn't. They are new, bright, friendly, young health care workers, who are there to help you. From the front desk girls who are always smiling and helpful, to the co-op students who are eager to learn, 5 Stars all the way!

I managed to get a last minute appointment with her and she knew exactly what to do. From there I was on a treatment plan and before long I was back to work. I started treatment after my assessment, which was done online, to get me started after a hip and back injury. This got me going on the right track with follow up also done online to make sure I was on target. This really helped me because I was out of town and could not get into the clinic. Also sending me instructions online with links to how to videos was a real bonus. I was thoroughly assessed and I was always heard and my treatment adjusted. The Clinic is clean, bright, and large, but I did find that once during a busy time I was close enough to another patient during treatment that it made it hard for me to just focus on me as I kept Getting distracted. Overall the therapist was well educated and communicated with me on a superior professional basis. I’m not always the easiest patient, so I really appreciated the team approach. Highly recommend the Clinic. Great hours and knowledgeable staff who really care about your progress while listening and providing solutions.

You will not be disappointed here!! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable!! I have been to so many physiotherapists in the past (for back, neck and foot pain) and none have even come close to the staff here! They get to the root cause of your pain and are seriously magical when it comes to getting rid of your pain. They also have a very effective way of teaching you how to stretch/exercise so that you can strengthen your body to avoid pain in the future. Each stretch/exercise you learn gets emailed to you so you can login and view it at home (pictures, videos).. it’s so helpful!! Their facility is clean and has everything you need! They also give you several reminders via email and text before your appointments so you don’t forget. I’m SO happy I found them !!

I can’t say enough about Emilie and how she reassured me that my MRI/X-ray doesn’t define me. I contacted my buddy Darryl back in September asking where a good place for Physiotherapy was. He recommended me to Josh and Amberly. Upon my first visit, my first impression was that it was very clean and well run. I then started going twice a week for many weeks. I never felt like I was being judged or rushed. I mostly worked with Josh, he was always very positive and gave me lots of advice and tips and tricks. I also worked with Amberly a few times and she convinced me to try the shockwave therapy. I went ahead with it and it was the best decision I ever made. After 5 weeks of treatment with the shockwave I was feeling much better, and I continued for a few more weeks to make sure I was back to my original strength and mobility. I am now done all my treatment and I want to give a BIG thank you to both Josh and Amberly, as well as all the other staff at Waterview Physiotherapy. I truly appreciate everything you both did for me. I will be recommending you to anyone that asks me for a place to go! Thank you!

I can't recommend this place enough! Emilie knows her stuff! I've done physio in the past and it never solved my knee pain. I was skeptical but a friend recommended this place and Emilie was the first physio who came at it from a different angle. I've been coming here since January (I think?) and I'm now running 5 km with no pain. It may not sound like much but last summer I couldn't run a km without experiencing pain. Emilie's treatments and suggestions have evolved as I progress, which is nice because I'm seeing progress and not getting bored. The clinic is always spotless and welcoming.

Wow! What a positive experience at Waterview Physiotherapy! Amberly is knowledgeable, caring, and very efficient. I was very nervous to go at first , but she provides a very relaxing and comfortable environment and takes the time to listen. I like that the exercises are explained and emailed to you with video links of what it looks like in case you forget. They are also practiced in the clinic to make sure they are done right. I didn’t even know pelvic floor physiotherapy existed before Amberly. I can’t believe how fast I saw results without taking the medication the doctor prescribed.
