My physiotherapist (Grace) has been really helpful with not just the treatment, but with helping me with all the paperwork and various advice with the insurance process. It is my first concussion and motor vehicle accident and her assistance and her empathy has been nothing short of being lovely. She is very knowledgeable and professional with my concussion treatment. My massage therapist (Travis) is also excellent with handling my neck and shoulder pain from whiplash.

The staff in the clinic are friendly and helpful. I love that the exercises they provide are not only something I can do with the equipment in the clinic, but are also easily modifiable for home. I was very fortunate that my sports injury is also a sport enjoyed by my physiotherapist! It makes it so much easier to connect with someone who plays the sport, in treating and managing my injury. I really love the booking system reminders and the ease of billing my insurance company directly. The receptionist are also very friendly and it is easy to rebook appointments.

I have had daily headaches that turn to migraines for the last few months due to neck and shoulder tension. I tried massage, medication, new pillows and nothing would work. I went to see Grace and after 2 visits my headaches are gone. I've been to see Grace at Thorold Physio 3 times now and every time I go she fixes me. They are all super friendly and make you feel comfortable. They are very attentive to what you need and ask you for your input all the way through your treatment. Most importantly if part of your treatment is painful they don't push you to keep doing it they try something else! I would recommend them to anybody at any age they are great!
