Very limited assessment, no actual physical therapy administered, yet Jay will recommend you come 3 times per week indefinitely and give him money. He is a very poor representative of the valuable physiotherapy profession.

The treatment I received is well above what I have experienced at other clinics, the professionalism and respect you are treated with is a nice change from what I have experienced in the past. Well worth the 50 minute drive, even though I had a choice of many, much closer clinics. If I am unfortunate enough to require treatment again, I will definitely be coming back to Niagara physiotherapy and sports. Thank you Mr and Mrs Jayathalage!

My Husband went for therapy here and feels as the experience to be unsatisfactory. There was no explanation to the treatments or any homework given for exercises, just want you to come back every 2 days for week. Seems as though they just want your money.

This summer, I broke an ankle (8 screws/plate) and badly sprained the other ankle. I went to the clinic for assistance in learning to walk again. Jay and Gina were GREAT!. They were friendly and knew what they were doing. Jay gave me a number of exercises to do at home to help with my recovery. If I had a question, he was helpful in answering and if I wanted to learn something specific (like how to walk up and down stairs vs crawling) he demonstrated how and made sure I was able to action before the end of my visit. I had a number of sessions with the team. When I went to see the surgeon for a check up he was very pleased with my progress. The care, help and their hands on approach has put me on the road to recovery ---- I can now walk and live independently.
