Very disturbing when the receptionist has her feet on the desk while chatting to friend ignoring patients at window. Eventually told not accepting new patients on waiting list for doctor, yet afterwards counsellor contradicted her.? Got a counsellor who acted very unprofessional , no note taking or review of medical reports, just a little chitchat session lol.Returned seeking assistance on filling out an important medical form and ,again realized this counsellor is unprofessional because he failed to do a draft,then a proof read ,therein unproperly filled out document , resulting in mistakes , missed details and poor format for a very important document. Direction and management very lacking and unprofessional. All employees credentials and work habits need seriously reviewed to weed out the garbage.Avoid at all costs.

No change tables in the bathrooms anywhere in this building. This is a Fatal flaw for me as a new mom. Disappointing.

The staff here are friendly and accommodating. I've never had issues with anyone at reception. My family all see Eileen who is super helpful when it comes to discussing our issues/concerns. I've never had to use them, but the health centre also has a lot of free wellness programs.

Constantly flipping my partner to different providers with little to no notice and rarely ever calls to follow up when they're supposed to based on the providers notes. The latest provider talked to my partner like a CHILD about their mental health diagnosis and has decided to override a PSYCHIATRISTS recommendation and do things her way. Weekly prescriptions and calls because my partner with no history of addiction is being treated like an addict who can't be trusted with their meds, rather than titrating the doses themselves as the psychiatrist instructed. While I left this practice years ago after being lectures about my mental health issues being my own fault,this is the last straw for my partner and he'll be moving on as well.

The phone is rarely answered so it’s next to impossible to book an appointment. They would really benefit from some kind of self-booking app or website where clients can just go on and book themselves in. We were assigned a family doctor at this practise to oversee my, my husband’s and our daughter’s care when I was still pregnant, only to be told that he won’t see our child once she was born because she’s “too young”… whatever that means. I thought “family practise” meant they saw the entire family? I myself had to explain this to reception 3 times before they stopped trying to book her in with him. Our daughter has now been seen by 4 different nurse practitioners over the course of 8 months, and I’ve spoken to 3 different nurses and doctors for phone appointments. I have to re-explain her situation to them every single time. Too many cooks in the kitchen, not enough note taking/communication among staff, poor bedside manner from every single one of them. Nobody is genuinely interested in listening to my questions and taking the time to answer them. I’m cut off in the middle of my questions half the time, and the other half they don’t know the answers to. The family doctor who was responsible for my personal care is also abrasive and seems uneducated - had to consult a manual for any of my or my husband’s questions. We were told last time we tried to book in with him that he had left the clinic, and we were given no notice about this. Not at all impressed. If you want a “team-based approach” to your care and never be seen by the same doctor (but also want to wait a week or two to be talked to on the phone), this is the place for you. You’re better off going to a walk-in clinic. Heather, the dietician, is FANTASTIC and I truly have enjoyed and benefitted from connecting with her!

used them for a while about 4 years back before moving out of town, now i havent seen a doc since. tried the only other closest place ( valley way walk in ) only to be denied my application without reason, as the NFCHC were " not accepting new patients at this time ". their drop in services are fine, but it looks like im waiting for a family doc for a long time. :( isnt 4 years long enough? bad enough i was made to feel dumb for inquiring about a doc as there was a family behind me looking at me like i did everything wrong. like they came in halfway through the convo, so all they hear is her blaming me for asking. so its clear i did wrong by coming in to inquire. all i will use them for is their free GentleFit and afternoon classes they have that interest me.

I came from a different town and got a doctor right away but I found the reception to be unprofessional and with poor attitudes. My doctor was wonderful and the programs available were perfect for being new to town. Birth certificate, quit smoking, nutrition and fit classes.

I worked alongside NP Johanna Ruesen at this centre and I can honestly say I have never worked with a more knowledgeable, caring and compassionate professional in all my years in medicine. I am honored to have learned from one of the best in the profession and this establishment, as well as her patients, are so very fortunate to have her working for and with them!

This facility has implemented many programs over the years, including a Seniors Dental Program that Niagara Falls was lacking. The staff are supportive and do their best to get clients the help they are seeking.

Must be extremely nice to the front desk clerks or you will not get your apt booked for the following visit. The lady was in a bad mood and because I did not understand her she did not book my next follow up appointment. Now I have to wait another week. Great doctor but horrible service. Good thing it's all free

If I could give this clinic less than one star, I would!! The only positive experience I have had at this location was with the dietitian. I HAD been a patient there for a couple years, the whole time hoping and praying that things would change and I wouldn't be treated so poorly. Alas, that is not the case. If you are wondering why I didn't leave sooner, it's because family doctors that are taking on new patients are few and far between. I have on several occasions been accosted over the phone and in person by the "professionals" working at this clinic. I have on many occasions been made to feel as though I am less worthy of care and comfort than that of a stray dog. I have been told by a doctor that worked there (thank God he's now gone) that "you are a woman, it is your place in life to suffer" bearing in mind that I am in my mid twenties and have a broken back!!! I have been denied assistance by said doctor, and the one I was assigned to following that doctor as my "issues can't be that severe seeing as you've never been prescribed any narcotics, continue to see your chiropractor". May I remind you again that I cracked in half my L5 vertebrae at the age of 15 and suffer with chronic pain every day of my life. I have been told by these "doctors", who had never so much as sent me for an X-ray, that they can't (and on a few occasions that they WON'T) do anything to help me and that I need to "deal with my mistakes". Because I asked to have this happen, right? Now, I do understand that this clinic resides in a low income area and a lot of the patrons there are less than reputable, but I would expect that any professional working in this capacity would have the wherewithal, knowledge, and training to treat every patient as an individual. I would recommend that the Ministry of Health investigate this location for quality assurance and customer satisfaction as I believe that they would find it to be severely lacking. It has been stated to me, by the "professionals" at this clinic that this clinic is having a difficult time attracting new doctors to this location. I may have some insight as to why. Upon calling this clinic you have a 50/50 chance of getting the nice receptionist. The other one is a moody cow who will not properly, if at all, book an appointment for you. When you enter the clinic you are treated by said cow as though you have intruded upon her day and are wasting her time by being there. She is Always very rude without any provocation. Not a good first impression... I have been called and been compared to a child by Charlene (the nurse that takes blood) because I was uncomfortable and scared of getting needles. I have been told by Allison another nurse practitioner that I will not receive any help and hung up on by said nurse. Upon speaking to the owner of this location, Louis, I was told to not get my blood taken there anymore. This clinic has done more to undermine my treatment than it has to help my treatment, I would not, and will not, ever recommend this clinic to friends and family.

These people are all about the money and the customer service is terrible, this place is the definition of what is wrong with the medical system, they are using covid as an excuse to double bill and scam the government. Pre-assessments for my kids shots? Are you kidding me? Not a covid screen BTW, that’s entirely different...

Over the last few months, customer service has been ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Call constantly and almost never get in touch with someone. Takes multiple attempts to reach reception. Never had any issues back when we joined 2 years ago. It sure isn't the same now.

A family member who was extremely hesitant to see a doctor for years finally agreed to go and was assigned a very good doctor. Unfortunately, that Doctor left and when I tried approaching them for an appointment for followup as was directed to by Dr. who was no longer there, the reception was not willing to give me an appointment for 6 weeks and they had to see a Nurse Practitioner. Very sadly, they ended up in a crisis situation that could have been fatal. Once out of the hospital they were assigned yet another Dr. who seemed to be a good fit. Today I tried to make an appointment to see this Dr. and behold, they are no longer there and I was advised they were assigned to a nurse practitioner. I refused to accept this answer and was told someone would be in touch. Still waiting and they closed 3 hrs. ago. Since when is a receptionist qualified to determine who gets to see who and when? Definitely leaving this place of service...going to my MPP and to the Review. Don't bother calling me back.
