The front desk staff and assistants are great which is why I gave one star. The quality of treatment is poor and done in production line fashion. $60 for a 30 minute visit and you're out the door in 10 minutes. I went 2 to 3 times a week for a month and the treatment didn't change or progress at all. If you have a serious injury or require postoperative rehabilitation do not go here.

My wife and I have been attending Dunnville physiotherapy for approx.6 yrs. for masssage therapy and have always been treated with first a wonderful geeting from the receptionist Kathy then greeted by the therapist Katie in person not with a calling ,they make you feel like family .We require massage therapy for back and muscle ailments .We highly recommend this astablishment for their professionlisim and friendly hospitality.

In the short time I have been going to Dunneville Physiotherapy. I have had the BEST experience! Christina is the best massage therapist I have every had! I live in Toronto and have a summer home on Lake Erie and I would travel from there just to have Christina's massages. Emilie the physiotherapist was very honest with me regarding my condition and laughed at my humor, which made my day. My husband started going to Dunnville Physio after he broke his wrist. The people there are friendly and they know your name by heart which make us feel very welcoming. I have been using the massage therapist for approximately 3 years. Faithfully visit her monthly for one hour. My shoulders and neck would have seized up a long time ago if it wasn't for the RMT. The staff at Dunnville Physiotherapy could not be more pleasant and helpful. After a car accident last year I had minor whiplash. The numerous insurance forms and questions were overwhelming, because of Kathy 's assistance they weren't so mind boggling. The physiotherapists got me straighten out and back to work in no time. I would highly recommend Dunnville Physiotherapy.

I visited the Physiotherapy Clinic regarding my migraines and muscle tightness in neck and shoulders. The Physiotherapist suggested acupuncture. I was a little nervous about having this. She explained everything as she was getting ready to do it and what I should feel and side effects I could have. I had such a good experience and did go back and have it done again. I have used the Dunnville Physio and Rehabilitation - pt Health on 2 separate occasions. I have found their Physiotherapists, Physio Assistants and receptionists very courteous, respectful and professional. Due to COVID, I have had the experience of working with my most recent Physiotherapist both in-clinic and virtually. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I find he listens to my concerns and updates on my condition and develops a plan providing recommendations to make me more comfortable as well as exercises to rehabilitate my injury and challenge me at the same time. I highly recommend the services at the Dunnville clinic.
