REVIEWS OF Amherst Physical Therapy IN Niagara Falls

Linda

I love the staff and how everyone is so friendly.

I would definitely recommend this place for your physical therapy. The staff is friendly and I've had nothing but a positive experience here. After reading some of the other reviews I'm glad they rejected the person with the high temperature. At least they are trying to keep their patients and staff safe. I see them wiping everything down after its used. I actually enjoy my visits here.

Great place for physical therapy. Very friendly and they know what to do! They don't force you to do anything you can't do.

Bonnie L

Very knowledgeable therapists and good at adjusting exercises to your abilities.

I was prescribed physical therapy for a knee that I could not bend, could hardly walk on, after not rehabbing it properly after surgery a year ago. I ended up here, and was pretty confident I would do my 4 weeks, go back to the doctor, and need surgery again. After 4-5 weeks of therapy I had so much improvement, that my doctor decided i did not need surgery, nor did I need the gel injections under my knee. I was prescribed 4-6 more weeks of therapy, which was good news. Every single person there is friendly, and very knowledgeable. They push me to a point I would not go on my own, which is why I am seeing success. I still have 2 weeks left, but am pretty confident I will continue to progress and get close to 100% again. I am a real customer and feel that people do not hesitate to complain when things are bad, but seldom give credit when credit is due. A+

I had a terrible experience the minute I walked in the door and spoke to ms. Sacco. She never smiles and very unfriendly. She is also incompetent. Last week I went in with my prescription for massage therapy. I gave it to ms. Sacco and she made an appointment for me Sept 5th. For 1:00. Along with paper work to fill out. On September 5th. I arrived at the Delaware location at 9:15 am to give ms. Sacco the forms she gave me. Then she told me I was to early and to come back at 1:00 I said of course that is my scheduled appointment. When I came back I sat until 1:15 until called by ms. Sacco to let me know that they dont do massage therapy here. I asked her why didn't you tell me this last week? Ms. Sacco said I didn't look at it. Thanks for wasting my time, day, and money getting there.

As a client at Amherst Physical Therapy for rehabilitation after four surgeries in the last 15 years, I have always been impressed and satisfied with the skill and professionalism of their therapists, management, and office staff. The office is conveniently located in North Buffalo and has plenty of parking. Among the most positive features of the practice are the friendliness of the therapists and the personal attentiveness and support they provide to each client, young or old. My last periods of therapy were from January-September 2020 (pre-operative) and December 2020-April 2021 (post-operative). During a time when the Covid-19 pandemic posed challenges for many health providers who could only provide appointments by Zoom or telephone, Amherst Physical Therapy remained open for clients needing care. They followed the highest standards in screening clients for Covid symptoms, ensuring that they were distanced during work-outs, and sanitizing equipment and surfaces. During this time they also remodeled their gym for better distancing and also installed new, state-of-the-art equipment. I recommend that anyone looking for rehabilitation after surgery or injury, management of a chronic condition, or other medical needs consider Amherst Physical Therapy.
