Advanced Physical Therapy has been a Godsend! I completed treatment on my foot and shoulder. My foot is completely healed. My shoulder injury happened a year ago and the soreness never went way. The treatment on my shoulder blew my mind. I am no longer sensitive or terribly sore. I received treatment with a red laser, that worked after only 2 treatments. I can get back into the gym and start living like normal. The staff is highly knowledgeable, effective and patient. Scheduling is flexible and convenient. I recommend APT to everyone in need of therapy!

After sustaining an injury to my shoulder, Advance Physical Therapy came highly recommended as a means to recovery. Now one month into their program, I can say without reservation that APT has not merely met my expectations, but exceeded them. Thanks to Vinny and Charles (the physical therapists who've been working with me), the strength and mobility of my shoulder has undeniably improved. And thanks to Luke (the chiropractor), the pain in my neck and back, which resulted from the same event that injured my shoulder, has likewise improved. But it's not just their professionalism that's worthy of praise. All the staff at APT are friendly and easy to get along with. The atmosphere is relaxed, so fun conversation and humor are par for the course. This goes for the front office staff as well. Raquel, who was the first staff member I spoke with over the phone and who guided me through the paperwork during my first visit, has a warm personality and is always helpful. Last thing I'll mention is the facility itself. Though this place isn't huge, the equipment is top notch and the exercises are clever. A wide variety of resources for healing are available to you at ATP. All that's required of you is to follow simple instructions and make the effort toward recovery. In conclusion, if you've been injured and need to get better, APT will not only fix you up, but make sure you have a positive experience doing it.

They have a staff of team players, they’re knowledgeable, and keep the attitude relaxed and positive. They offer personalized exercises and stretches, flexible scheduling, heat packs before every session, laser therapy, cupping (big fan!), ASTYM (painful, but worth it), theragun massage, and a massage chair. I personally believe great medical care entails both knowledge and compassion - and I’m so grateful to have found a facility that takes pride in their compassion and flexibility. A rare gem.

I'm finally getting help for a problem I've had for years. The PTs are great and knowledgeable, as well as being fun to talk to while you're doing exercises. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid-back. The timing and scheduling is flexible. I'm happy to have found a quality place that accepts Medicaid, and I look forward to PT. FYI there IS parking! If you turn at Fillmore (off Main) you can access the back of the building. It's the same corner building that Bank of America is in. The door sign at the back says Nickel City Chiropractic.

When I came to Advance PT, I knew it was the right place for me. Additionally, they seem to know exactly what I need, and obviously understand physiology very well. Advanced physical therapy in buffalo is a godsend. I was going to ECMC, and there was zero hands on contact, which is vital in addition to stretching and strengthening when the pain and tightness is as severe as mines. My physical therapist was also trying to reduce my appointments after the first week when my problem was actually worse then it was when i started. Every week, three times a week i am getting extensive care and attention from two awesome guys. These gentlemen seemed more concerned from day 1 with listening to what i had to say when describing my pain, getting me out of pain, and getting me in the best shape i have ever been in physically by helping me work out issues that i have been suffering with for a very long time. Even when it is hard to explain they are patient, and provide feedback and suggestions each and every time. Even with more than one patient at a time they make me feel fully attended to every step of the way. I could not stress how happy i am that i walked in and changed my facility of care, as i am sure that anyone reading this and is not sure they are receiving the same from their current pt, or doing some homework before deciding where they should go. I actually finished athleticare with more pain and started here and within 2 weeks seen a huge difference in my arms mobility as well as my back and neck ! Im beyond grateful to them and this practice ! Whats even better is they educate you on what they are doing every step of the way ! They are funny and make you feel right at home and not out of place . Its a very clean place ! After you get off a bed or chair they are cleaning right after you ! The receptionist suzy is super sweet and funny and they work with your schedule. So if your a mom like me THIS IS THE PLACE to go ! They work with you and your body! Thank you charles and vinny ! Alright well I am originally from Rochester and that is where my family home is, so I received rotator cuff repair surgery in Rochester, however I work in Buffalo, so I was in a little bit of a predicament. All of my surgeon’s recommendations for physical therapy were Rochester based, but I needed a physical therapist in Buffalo to go to after work, and I didn’t know who to go to for a while. I broke my leg skiing out in Utah and came into this place after two months on a walker. Charles did the eval and Vinny took the walker and handed me a cane. This place is hands on! Between the massage therapy and the workout regiment they put me on, my progress was phenomenal. I lost the cane after a couple of weeks. And now eight weeks in, I am getting around pretty good. Not only do these guys help me when I’m in the building, they also teach me tools and exercises to use at home! Suzie at the front desk is great and always has a great attitude! I got really lucky finding this place and HIGHLY recommend checking them out! Parking is available in the rear of building- there is always spots available. Doors are clearly labeled Advance Buffalo Physical Therapy making me feel comfortable in knowing where I’m going. Inside of building has great natural light while also having a one way window making me feel more than comfortable during my visits. They offer tons of different treatments that are new and advanced including laser treatment and a zero gravity massage chair with TONS of settings. They also have your typical equipment including bands, elliptical, weights, etc. This facility is clean and hygienic which I find very important.
