She spends ample amount of time with me even though she has a crazy busy schedule. She’s knowledgeable and is very good at explaining things to her clients. I have been seeing Dr. Amir ahmadi at this office for a while now after having a major leg surgery and when I started with him in alot of pain with no range of motion on my leg amir has helped me to get rid of my pain and slowly getting back my range of motion back on my knee and leg hes a best physician that actually cares for you I wouldn't ever want to go to anyone else he's a best experienced physician that would do anything for you. I am beyond happy with my physiotherapist Dr.Ronak. I came to the clinic with muscle spasms in my bicep tendon and lack of mobility in my left arm. It was so stiff and painful, that o had hard time putting my hair up in a bun. Dr.Ronak put me at ease and got to work. Over time, my mobility has returned and no more muscle spasms. I am still not back to completely normal, but it's about 95% better. I stand by my review 100%. Wouldn't want any other doctor working on me.

Extremely knowledgable and helpful. Treated my issues with carpal tunnel, I had issues for years and I finally feel better. The front staff and assistants were extremely kind and always helpful. I wish I could rate them higher, unfortunately I felt the physio staff member I dealt with the most always found opportunities to chide and belittle me. My complex chronic health issues have affected my muscle strength, posture, etc. I have worked very hard to improve myself after being sick for a long time, everyday I did the stretches and exercises like I was told. Week after week I went in and was told I wasn't working hard enough, always a new criticism. Sometimes I was given lectures about aspects of my physicality I don't have control over due to illness. I could see my improvement, but the physio continued to grind me down until I couldn't bear to go anymore. The staff obviously have an amazing understanding of human physiology, but from my experience, they have little understanding of how other chronic illnesses come into play with the body.

Just visited Mountainview for the first time for a 1 hour therapeutic massage with Helen. It was an excellent experience! She is wonderful at treating your problem spots and teaching tricks to work the area at home on your own. I suffer from a lot of post car accident issues and I feel great after my treatment. I will be back for sure.

I wrote my review for mountain view Surrey too soon. Because not long after that review the physio therapist asked one of the receptionists not to book me and my daughter for physio anymore I honestly didn’t know what I have done wrong. Later on I found out it’s because my daughter canceled a physio appointment The night before due to an exam at school. This is so heartless. I have been attending physio there for over a year and this is how I was treated . I would Definitely think twice before considering treatment there.

I highly recommend Ronak as a physiotherapist. He used needle, electric stimulation to treat my shoulder and lower back pain. He also teaches me some stretching and exercises to do at home. After only 3 sessions, my pain is gone now.

I am a teacher with bad pain in my neck but now I can easily sit at copmuter for long hours. Other than that the staff are really nice and helpful. Just as other reviewers said, they have great staff with friendly environment. I had a very heavy vehicle collision which involved 2 totaled vehicles including mine. Mountianview was recommended by many and my Physio therapist Ronak Kapadia was exceptionally good & helpful. Naser (kinesiology) and Maryam(Rehab training) helped very dearly & professionally. I also had chance to meet 2 massage therapists Jonathan and Sheeja. They have different ways but are both with superb treatments. I would recommend this place without any hesitation.

Mountain view wellness is the best place for healing. After 3 car accident I have try a few places for treatment and was not happy, then I call this place and staff was great over the phone plus I arrived at the centre it was excellent service from the wonderful ladies at the front desk. All of the care professionals are well certified and they do keep up with the new treatments and techniques . One evening after my treatment my car was not working and the staff Mathew stay with me and my kids until bcaa came and fix my car. The best thing with that is he use his bcaa card so that was above and beyond service. The place is clean. Thank you guys for a fantastic service and for helping me and my daughter back into fitness.

Hi everyone! I would like to share my experience with you guys. I got tendonitis from my job a few months ago. I definitely needed a physiotherapy and good physiotherapist which I luckily found here in Mountainview Health and Wellness! First I want to say that all the staff is very friendly! I had chance to meet Ronak who is my physiotherapist ! And who I highly recommend because he helped me to recover my arm fully! The therapy always began with massage over the muscle then finish with a stimulator . It’s important to say that Ronak found right away my painful spots on my arm . He is very knowledgable about his job , very caring person and very friendly! So if you’re ever going to look for very good physiotherapist, this is definitely him!

I went to this center with severe pain in the lumbar disc and sciatica in the left leg while I was unable to walk or even sit on a chair and drive, and after talking to me, Dr. Amir Ahmadi the device and manual physiotherapy movements with a lot of knowledge and accuracy during 10 sessions. Now I can easily walk for more than 1 hour and drive and do all the daily work and he and this center very much Help me improve and I really thank him.

I highly recommend Radhika for Physiotherapy. I had surgery in my left knee after my patellar broke and I overextended 2 supporting ligaments and after almost 3 months I was still not able to bend my knee 90 degrees. One of the therapists from the previous physio place I was going before recommended therapeutic ultrasound to breakdown internal scar tissue because she thought that was what was limiting my movement. I went to Mountainview in order to get that treatment but Radhika thought I did not really needed it but I needed to do different exercises instead. It worked! I can bend my knee well over 90 degrees now and I am walking without crutches :) If you have had a knee surgery and are having a hard time recovering movement and strength visit Radhika!

I've had the pleasure of working with many of the therapists at this location for the last few years (and I'm still a regular client). I visit this clinic regularly because of my MVA injuries to my neck, back, arms, etc. They listen to my needs, are caring, and are very knowledgeable. Also, since I see several therapists, they work with each other to better my treatments. I would suggest booking your appointment in advance, especially if you want to book with a specific therapist...they fill up fast! I have been going to mountain view since my accident, and they have always treated me good. My original Physio therapist stopped coming to the studio and just did house calls so i was placed with another physio therapist and I'm pleased that there was no wait time. The front office girls are always friendly and have a smile when they greet the incoming patients. i am continuing to seek treatment at mountain view.

Ronak has used several techniques and exercises to improve my condition and it has worked so well. My work is very demanding and now I can work after my recovery from the surgery. This clinic is one of the best places to seek physiotherapy. I recommend Ronak and this clinic immensely.

I am in so much pain and was really excited to try this place out and get my 1 hour Swedish massage. I got there and went into a room. It was freezing cold! I had to ask for more layers but it didn't do anything. an older lady name Helen which was very nice, but barely even massaged me at all. All she did was talk and talk and talk about her family and ask me questions about my background and my boyfriend and where I work. Then she started naming 50 different muscles in my body. I'm not here to get a lecture. I'm here to relax and get a quiet massage that I frickin paid for. So I hinted to her that I was very tired and sore and was looking forward to a relaxing massage where I can fall asleep, but she just kept continuing to talk and I moved about 30 different postitons so she can tell me what to do at home and what these muscles were. She even asked me to come back for 3 massages for $99 .. really? You think I will pay $100 for you to talk to me and teach me the names of my muscles? I don't even remember one muscle name let alone 50! I left in such a hurry because I was so disappointed. Never will I go back nor will I recommend anyone else there. I wish I could get my money back, but I didn't want any confrontations at all there so I just left.

Great clinic, competent people, exceptional services. Ive been going to this clinic since March and I must say, ive improved alot not just physically but as well as mentally. Ronak Kapadia is handling my physiotherapy since day 1 and Ysabelle for my massage therapy, and I highly recommend both of them. I am actually endorsing them and this clinic to my family and friends. Ronak is knowledgeable, very proficient, compassionate and expert in his field. I couldnt last a day without feeling tensed and sore on my neck and shoulder area but after doing continuous muscle stimulation, physical massage, Dry needling procedure, ive never been this better after the accident. With Ysabelle, her music therapy adds a little warmth with her soothing massage. Ive been dealing with alot of headaches, muscle pain and back pain but doing a back-to-back therapy with both of them alleviates the pain and helps me out with my ADLs most especially when im at work. Also, the receptionist were nice, they are exceptional in handling schedules that would be best suitable for you. I am just glad that ive known this place and these people. Thanks alot! :) By the way, the clinic and the staffs are also following protocols and observing clean and safe environment with regards to the pandemic so its really safe to come to this place.

I ruptured my Achilles tendon in my right foot. I contacted Mountainview New West and got an appointment right away. The front desk staff are always welcoming, and very helpful when booking appointments. I am paired with Ronak (PT). My treatments are tailored with my needs and Ronak has been very informative during course of treatment. Ronak suggested I try IMS, and I am very happy with how this is assisting in my recovery. I recommend Mountainview New West for your PT treatments. I have a couple more weeks with Ronak and will then be moving on to an Occupational Rehab program. I am grateful that this time with Ronak will have me prepared for my next steps to recovery. Thanks again Mountainview.

I was recommended to Mountain View Health and Wellness after a car accident in 2013. I have just completed my 100th appt and am very grateful to all of the staff that have rendered treatment over the years from Shiva, my first therapist to my current therapist, James and the many therapists (Physio, RMT's, Acupuncturist, Occupational Therapist and Kinesiologist), in between.The front desk has been accommodating and pleasant. The therapists have been kind and understanding and continue to work hard at keeping me reasonably pain free and mobile.
