Staff and customers walk around maskless. I walk by this business daily and the overwhelming majority of the time, there are staff members in close proximity to each other and/or customers engaging without a mask on. Wildly irresponsible.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. You can see that they truly care about the clients. Kelvin is very attentive and makes you feel extremely comfortable during your sessions and will work with you to achieve top results. The clinic is super clean and welcoming. All Covid-19 health and safety protocols are to the highest standard. I am so happy we have this excellent facility here in New West. Highly recommend!!

This clinic is a state of art facility, equipment are really good, the treatment beds are comfortable, and the therapists are attentive! I felt comfortable, relaxed and safe every time I visit and I would recommend anyone who is looking for Physio and RMT to pay them a visit!

Friendly and knowledgeable team. Kelvin truly cares about his clients and will go the extra step to locate the root of the problem/issue. Not only do I receive exceptional treatment each visit, but I also learn something new each treatment (whether that's knowledge about my body or new exercises to practice at home). Oh don't worry, Kelvin will quiz you to make sure you actually listened. He's definitely my go-to guy when I need a physio treatment.

They are following the protocols for covid with seriousness, that’s why i felt safe and secured during my treatment. I highly recommend this place.
