I suffer from quite significant pain in my SI joint, which requires regular adjustments. Kate is exceptional at relieving the pain through quick and efficient hands-on techniques. I couldn't be more appreciative of her kind and caring help. A gem!

Kate is knowledgable. She was recommended by a friend of mine after my first delivery. She was able to identify the cause of my pain by just listening to me describing it and treat it. Fast forward to my second delivery, my pelvic pain returned and because we had moved to a new place, I went to a pelvic floor physiotherapy center in our area. The physiotherapist did not even understand my pain and just gave me some relaxation exercises Long story short, now I drive 25 minutes for each appointment to see Kate. Did I mention she is super friendly too? My appointments are fun. During the internal exam she makes you so comfortable that you don't feel awkward at all. I highly recommend her.

Kate is such an amazing physiotherapist!!! I've been seeing Kate for a couple years now, and I fully trust her to fix all my problems. Kate has treated me from head to toe (literally), and has me feeling 100% in no time. Kate takes the time to fully assess the area(s) of injury, and provides details to better understand the injury or cause of injury, which allows the prevention of re-injury. I've seen Kate for multiple injuries now, from a sore neck/back, to sore legs and toes from marathon running. She is extremely knowledgeable in every area, and is a miracle worker to getting me feel better. My last marathon, Kate was there to help with pre-race injuries, taping my foot for the race, and post-race soreness. Not only is Kate incredible at her craft, but she's also such a sweet person that genuinely cares about getting you to feel back to normal. Kate will forever be my go-to physiotherapist.

If you want to see a physiotherapist that will listen to you yet also be honest with you about the treatment needed and tailored to your situation and abilities- then rest assured Kate is the one for you! I've had so many injuries/issues and have a pretty complicated situation but Kate has never made me feel like a lost cause. And as my injuries can often reoccur it can be overwhelming but she helps me take it one step at a time so i'm not overwhelmed or stressed.
