I went to Lifemark after I was T-boned in a car accident. I had whiplash and back ache. Everyone is friendly and professional. Usually the first face you see is Stella and she is so nice. The facility is clean and well equipped to handle any situation. Jonathan was my physiotherapist and he was AWESOME. He was patient and asked me questions to make sure he worked on the area's that were bothering me. Johnathan was awesome. I was in a major accident Dec 23 2020 and had to have my whole right ankle reconstructed with 2 plates added in. I also had a dislocated left hip with a shattered hip socket and a huge plate added in. I was unable to put weight on both legs until mid April, and it wasn't easy after being bedridden almost 4 months. I was in a car accident and chose this place for my physio and concussion rehab. Not only was Lifemark in a great location, the staff was very friendly and caring. Kevin my physiotherapist went above and beyond to get me back to pre accident activities. I have engaged Lifemark's support for Concussion and Costochondritis therapy and both times I have been blown away by how quickly they were able to turn my symptoms around. I would (and often do) recommend to anyone I know that could benefit from their services because I truly believe they are the best. The office is bright, relaxing and every staff member greets you with a smile - every single time! The Physiotherapist I worked with this time was Brian and he was phenomenal! He made me feel comfortable in every session, he is very knowledgeable and helped me to understand every process of my therapy. In my first session he could barely touch the affected area and today I am nearly pain free! I cannot say enough great things about Brian and all staff members of Lifemark. If anyone reading this needs physiotherapy I wouldn't even question it - do yourself a favour and just choose them, you won't be sorry!

I wanted to take the time and leave a review for Jonathan Knight at LifeMark on Somerset Street. I have been to Jonathan for multiple injuries and he has always been able to find a treatment plan that would get me back to good as new. He is very knowledgeable and is adaptable when there is a plateau in the recovery process and is able to help the body progress and get back to where it needs to be to recover. He customizes the treatment and will use ultrasound and tens if appropriate for the injury. Not only is he a great physiotherapist, but he has a great personality, and is very welcoming and I always look forward to our chats during treatment for status updates and to catch up on life and current events. If you are booking at LifeMark on Somerset, I would highly recommend Jonathan Knight.

Heather worked with him and made him feel comfortable, he said she makes physio fun. He was back to playing basketball in no time and when his knee acts up he goes back to his exercises and works it out. I've had issue with my knee for years that progressively gotten worse. I finally decided it was time to do something about it and my husband recommended lifemark as he has gone their for shoulder injuries. My physiotherapist, Jonathan, was thorough with his exam and questions and very knowledgeable about the issues I was experiencing.
