When I go to Mountain Sport Clinic, not only I get a physio treatment and needles through my muscles, but I leave with two essentials to reach my goals: a solid program and a load of motivation! First thing I get asked is "So what's your goal today Clau?". The next day, I get sent a personalised program on PhysiApp with a video for each exercise including progressions so that I can still progress on my own. Seriously, Mountain Sport Clinic gives you way more than a simple treatment, but the tools to push your body with all of it's limitations.

Lori Anne is the person you want to see if you're looking to get back into the swing of things with mountain sports. After having a big ol' injury that's been untreated for several years, it was good to have someone who is enthusiastic about your recovery — this is Lori Anne. She's positive, encouraging, and thorough (like, crazy thorough!) in the exercises so that you know exactly what you need to do at home to continue the recovery process. She's a smart cookie and I'm so excited about her new space in Nelson (it's a beauty). Great staff, too. Definitely check them out if you're looking for a caring, upbeat physio team that knows their stuff when it comes to recovery and mountain sports!
