She was able to go beyond the physiotherapy treatment of my knee and used her expertise as a kinesiologue to analyse my physical condition specifically for my running goals. She listened to my concerns and goals and made me a specific training program that help me get back into running. I am now stronger and I have improved my running distances by a lot.
