Kelly and Amy are great. Very professional. They have a very effective and pro active approach. They do not leave you plugged to the machine. They spend the whole season working on your issue. I had ACL reconstruction and my rehab treatment is working very well. This is a no overhead place. They work well with email/phone for appointments and accept credit cards.

If you're in pain, you may want to call a fully staffed clinic. This place doesn't have a full-time receptionist, and they don't take Visa/Interac. But my first session was informative and professional. The follow up treatments were effective.

Amy is simply awesome! She helped me with an upper back and neck pain that had lasted months! I had gone to chiropractic and an osteopath without any results, but Amy helped me get rid of my pain in two sessions. She also helped me recovery from an unrelated lung surgery and helped me recover my mobility and with deep scar tissue massage. Highly recommended. Very humane, nice and funny to talk while being tortured by her small but freakishly strong hands ;)

This was my first time seeing a physiotherapist and I'm very happy with the first results. Julie is very professional but also made me feel comfortable right away. Her assesment reflected exactly how I felt, and the treatment, as well as the exercises she provided with, have been very helpful in my recovery. After taking the time to show and try the exercises she also sends videos with the instructions wich makes it super easy to replicate correctly at home. Highly recommend Physio Athletica !

Excellent experience. Worked with Julie on addressing some acute neck/back pain. Her assessment was thorough and informative, and her treatment was immediately effective. Prime care from professionals. Amy is a chronic pain specialist with a very effective approach. They actually take the time to treat you, not like the multiple patient factories where they see you 10 min and then hook you up on a machine with a technician. Highly recommended but make sure you do the exercises she prescribes if you want the best results! Good email communications and you can pay with a credit card!

I treated a severe wrist flexor sprain with Julie, and it was a fantastic experience. She evaluates my wrist and forearm for around 1 hour, and I did the exercises she prescribed for two weeks and I feel great now. I highly recommend Physio Athletica.

Amy, the physiotherapist is really good with her work. She is very keen and attentive and helped me tremendously with my lower back pain. She also teaches you exercises and techniques to release muscle tension.
