Huge Rioux was referred by a neighbor of mine. The whole place is spotless. The staff - the receptionists- are unbelievably friendly, warm, welcoming- one feels at home. Hugo is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, the results are THERE. I had no clue what a physiotherapist was for, and i run 5-10k on average per day, 6 days a week. He showed me how to get rid of 15 year old tensions in my neck (!!). My SI joint has been giving me a hard time but Hugo made it 50% better with each session, even pinpointing what had been causing flare ups in less than 5 minutes- wow. I am eternally grateful for this team, for Hugo, I'm getting impressive results & stellar service. Respect! Highly recommend. I'm ditching my osteopath of 60 years of experience in the East end because Hugo has been so efficient in making sure my injuries don't reoccur/easing my muscular tensions especially my neck and showing me how to do it myself at home. Dont recommend it at all. They are very beginner pgysiotherapists there who do manual therapy and push and pull your bones without diognosing your issue. I had a tiltied pelvic bone and he displaced my bones and it has been almost 3 months that I am in bed laying down. Lost my job. Cant walk or sit.

I started going to see Hugo Rioux 6-7 months ago for physiotherapy for tennis elbow. I haven't been able to do any type of workouts for the last 5-6 years (Tennis, Ice Hockey, weight training) without chronic pain. Hugo fixed my tennis elbow with 3-4 sessions of treatments and gave me fantastic exercices as well. I continued to see Hugo for chronic pain in my patella (Patella Femoral Syndrome). That injury has been literally bothering me for 15 years. He fixed that completely as well in 3-4 sessions with specific exercises and also instructed me how to do certain exercises such as squats and lunges. I have been weight training and playing tons of tennis the last couple of months, and it's the first time in years that I have been pain free. I had pretty much accepted that I would always have pain while doing any of my exercises and sports, but now for the first time in years, I am pain free! I have never felt better, and am able to push myself like I did when I was 18 years old. Hugo, thank you so much for your amazing treatment and advice. I strongly recommend Hugo and the entire Kinatex clinic. They are extremely professional and most importantly, they are experts in their field and will address whatever issue you have immediately and get to the root of the problem.
