Il m'a fait un plan de rétablissement complexe avec des massages et des exercices bidon pour que je retourne le voir 2 fois par semaine.... a 80$ la session. Bien que je ne suis pas retourné, après deux semaines je n'avais plus de douleur.... il ne fallait que du repos on dirait mais lui pourtant m'a assuré que ça prendrait des mois pour que je me rétablisse. Je me sens un peu arnaqué. Je ne recommande pas!

My physiotherapist was Jose and he was very nice, friendly, caring and helped me tremendously. The reason I'm giving only 2 stars is, when I called to make my first appointment, I mentioned I had a reference for CNESST (work injury) in my emails (Dr's office emailed it due to covid) the receptionist requested I get it printed and bring it for my first appointment. Okay, fine, so I went out of my way to get it printed. I arrive and give the paper then consult Jose. After my appointment I had to pay...? Okay I guess I'll submit my receipt to CNESST. Then for the 2nd appointment, I asked how it works with the CNESST and the receptionist was like, why didn't you mention it before? ....? If I gave the paper that says CNESST on it, it's for a reason right? So they lost my paper and I ended up emailing it to them, which I could have done from the very beginning instead of wasting my time. I asked how I will be reimbursed for my first appointment and the receptionist said I need to submit it to CNESST, which I did, only for my agent to tell me that the physio needs to do it. After telling the receptionist this, she was a bit condescending and said she cannot because of how she marked my starting date or something like that. I asked her to contact my agent and sort things out. So now it's been almost 6 weeks and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed $110. All in all, if money isn't an issue and you have lots of time and energy to waste on trying to sort out problems due to other people's mistakes, then I recommend this clinic. I personally would not go back, only because of this long and complicated invoicing problem. I won't be able to pay off my credit card in time, so thanks to this, my credit will be affected. Jose, you were great and I am very happy with your treatment.

I had an issue with my neck, I thought it was chronic because the pain would not go away. I would experience intense headaches, I tried pills but the pain still remained. I started having bi-weekly treatments at Clinique de Physiothérapie, Ste-Catherine. The team were super helpful and knowable. They provided techniques that I could use at home to help with the pain. After a few months of therapy, the pain began to subside, and eventually went away. I am pain free, I can't thank the team enough! I would defiantly recommend Clinique de Physiothérapie. Shortly after my third appointment with Rachel T. I got intense back soreness and stiffness in my neck.
